We had an amazing vacation here! We went with our 3 grandchildren, 3 daughters, and their husbands. There was plenty of space so we weren't all over each other constantly. When we needed anything, they were very quick to respond and help with things like a pack-n-play and issues with electric and the ceiling fans.
The only issues we had was that our names weren't checked into the front gate when we arrived. They were quick to respond, and I think we only waited less than 20 minutes to get that processed and through the gate to our home. There were high fees to be able to have the pool and hot tub heated, so even though they're in the backyard/covered porch, we weren't able to use them at all during the entire stay because they were too cold even for the kids liking. Had I read the fine print, I would've found a cheaper property without a pool/hot tub, or found one that included a heated pool/hot tub.
The community pool area, lazy river and facilities were exquisite, very close by in the gated community, but it would've been nice to stay at the house and use our own pool. I would still rent one of their properties again, but would make sure a heated pool/hot tub were included with the price.
