Introduction:
A spacious apartment with ample common areas, located on the 4th floor (top floor) of a family-friendly building. The apartment features 4 bedrooms, each with a closet and a bathroom. Bed linens, towels, and WiFi are provided throughout. You'll enter the building on the highest level, the 5th floor, where you'll park in space #4. Descend one floor via the stairs to reach the main entrance of Vista Honda.
Living/Dining/Terrace/Kitchen:
Upon entering the apartment, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking panoramic views of the beach, pool, and other recreational areas of the condominium. The living room is spacious, and the main dining area boasts 8 wooden chairs. On the terrace, relax in 2 patio recliner lounge chairs or at a terrace table while enjoying a delicious charcoal barbecue. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, mini-fridge, blender, kettle, toaster, and other appliances. Basic utensils and cookware are also provided in a convenient space.
Bedroom Area:
The apartment features 3 bedrooms accommodating 9 people and 1 service bedroom. (1) Master bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, balcony with beach view, Roku TV, and portable fan. (2) Bedroom with bunk bed (bottom: 2 places, top: 1 place) and an additional single bed, closet, window with mosquito net, and portable fan. There's a full bathroom in front of this room, also serving as a guest bathroom. (3) Bedroom with bunk bed (bottom: 2 places, top: 1 place), closet, and window with mosquito net. There's a full bathroom adjacent to this room. All these bathrooms feature hot water. Mattress protectors, sheets, pillows, bedspreads, and bath towels are included.
Service Area:
The service area includes a laundry room with a washer-dryer, clothesline, ironing board, iron, large water heater, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies. Adjacent to this area is a small (4) service bedroom with a private bathroom feature only cold water. This room can be arranged as a small office upon prior coordination.
Parking Area:
The building's parking spaces are located on the roof, with 2 of them (in a line) assigned to Vista Honda. Additional parking is available around the condominium's pool area for extra cars. From the parking area, descend one floor to reach the apartment entrance.
Cleaning:
We have a dedicated cleaner who provides mandatory weekly cleaning of the apartment, with additional services available upon request.
Beach:
The beach offers ample space, safety, and a tranquil atmosphere, with vigilant lifeguards on duty during the peak seasons (January-March), typically under the yellow flag indicating moderate caution. Our building has a private staircase to the beach level; from there, it's a 100-meter walk to the sand and another 100 meters to the sea. Alternatively, you can drive down to the beach and park in the spaces around the pool area. During summer (January-March) we have a designated fixed sunshade assigned to the apartment.
Condominium:
We are situated within the private and secure Playa Honda condominium (Km. 124.5), which offers the following amenities right in front of our apartment:

- Tennis court
- Recreational area (table football, ping pong, and 'sapito' game)
- Beach volleyball court
- Bonfire area
- Restaurant (January-March)
- Snack bar (January-March)

¡IMPORTANT!
The condominium is highly secure, so access is granted only to registered guests. Prior to your arrival, please provide us with:
- Full names
- Identification document numbers/passports
- Vehicle license plate numbers
Please send this information no later than 48 hours before your arrival. During your stay, you may host up to 5 visitors for day use, with prior coordination with us.
Area:
If you need to purchase anything, there's a small minimarket (January-March) within the condominium near the entrance gate.
Additionally, outside the condominium:
- Heading south: 4 minutes away, along the highway near the entrance to Playa Lobos, you'll find shops and one highly recommended restaurant, Frito Pescaito. Cerro Azul beach and town with various services and shops is a 10-minute drive.
- Heading north: 25 minutes away is the Asia Boulevard, offering numerous supply and entertainment establishments.
Various delivery services, including supermarkets, cater to the area on peak season.
