“The staff here was absolutely fantastic, especially Lailah! We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! “We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy. “El hotel funciona en un edificio antiguo que solia ser una cerveceria y es realmente precioso pues han incorporado elementos modernos a esa arquitectura. Estaba bien ubicado a 600 metros de un paseo maritimo en donde habia una buena variedad de restaurantes muy bonitos. El espacio (contratamos un departamento de dos habitaciones) era generoso y muy elegante. Destaco (porque realmente me impacto) lo comodas que eran las camas. Volveria a alojarme! ”
