“The property is in a beautiful location, peaceful, but the Neighbours are not happy to see different people going for a walking. They may following you asking what are looking for it. Very weird. The house is spacious and has plenty of room. It’s old and need some updates. The washrooms and floors should be better cleaned. Hot tub was clean and warm, it was very nice to relax. Pool table was fun to play as well. Overall it was a great stay. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were a group of six, and there was more than enough space for all of us. This rental is well equipped with everything you need. The deck was beautiful, and the campfire pit was so peaceful. We had a fire after dark and sat in the Muskoka chairs with a beautiful view of the water. I highly recommend this rental, we would stay here again for sure!”

“We booked this place for a family gathering we had. We had no communication from the property manager regarding how to check in. I messaged through Vrbo, as well as to the phone number and called with no response. I had to call Vrbo to get ahold of her and we finally got our arrival details 2 hours after we were supposed to be able to check in. Upon arrival there were no towels and barely any toilet paper. One of the bed had no sheets and another had no duvet. We found the duvet soaking wet in...

“The cottage was very nice and fully stocked. It was perfect with young kids. The outside lawn between the 2 large maples is where we spent so much of our time playing games and running around. It has everything you need to make for a perfect stay. The addition of linens and towels were so convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“There are quite a few things to be aware of with this property. 1. Dock boards are loose and when you walk they move. A few of the kids lost several layers of skin from stubbing their toes when fishing. 2. Cleanliness was around a 5/10 3. No window coverings to keep the room dark in the morning so everyone was up at 6:30 4. Fishing rods were completely a mess and I took 4 hours to clean them up for use. 5. “Family vacation near Toronto so we could spend some time outside and visit places like the zoo. The area was great and being so close to Port Perry was a delight. The cottage was exceptionally clean and well put together just as advertised. It was an incredibly hot week so the air conditioning was a huge plus. The kids had lots to do and I would recommend this place to anyone.”

“Our host, Ioana was very accommodating and available by text to answer any questions both before and during the rental period. Because of our larger family (5 people plus our dog) we actually switched to the 5 bedroom cottage and paid the difference. The property is beautiful, very quiet at the end of the cul-de-sac.
