“Nos alojamos una noche, para conocer el Tongariro National Park. La mañana antes de nuestra llegada recibimos un e-mail con todas las indicaciones para ingresar al hotel y hacer el check in, y al llegar encontramos todo perfecto como nos había sido indicado. La dueña del establecimiento se acercó a nuestra habitación para corroborar que nada faltara y, en efecto, estaba todo perfecto.”

“Needed some where to stay in taupo and this place was Great for the price ”

“Was concerned to find dirty linens in both closets. The dryer was not working. Question whether the bedspreads and blankets were clean. Everything else looked clean. It was great having two bedrooms. Close to gas station/convenience store and restaurants to walk to. ”

“This was a tidy and well appointed basement 2 bedroom unit. The layout is a little unusual but it worked well. It was very clean, well presented and in a nice location. Has a very new feel to it. Communication with the property manager was excellent. ”

“We arrived at night, and the unit was welcoming and warm. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Can i suggest some new pillows please? While the pillow cases and protective covers were good, the pillows themselves had seen better days and were flat and/or a bit lumpy in one instance. I would also suggest the tatty plastic table cloth be updated. Thank you for having us, your unit was just right for the three of us. Kind regards, Kaylene Young”
