“The apartment is cute and well decorated. The location is excellent and close to downtown Sturgeon Bay. The biggest downside is the property is managed by some big property investment company called Evolve. It's one thing to rent "Bob and Cindy's Lakeside Cottage", but its altogether different to rent from a faceless corporation. Also the fees attached to the rental nearly doubled to price, which is ridiculous. ”

“The suite was nicely renovated for a historic building. There is a cute Christmas tree for the season. The furniture is retro and stylish but not very functional if you want to spend time in it like I did. Difficult to read a book on the couch or chairs, not able to lean back or put feet up. The tall dining table is also a book shelf, very cute, but need to straddle your legs around it.No counter space in the kitchen, but I used the shelf from kitchen to the living space to set my coffee and...
