“It was at a great location, we needed a place we could feel relax in. Our stay was lovely. Just before Xmas my Mum passed away and we needed to clean out her home in Murray st, so your place was just perfect for all of us to stay at. I have left a few extra tea towels as a thank you. “The property is very peaceful and relaxing. The bungalow is farm rustic, clean and comfy. “This was a good property for our large family. There were enough beds for all and space to hang out. The kitchen was adequate, the fridge a little small for us but we coped. There was a second fridge in the garage for drinks that was handy. The bathrooms were good and the property was clean and tidy on arrival. “The Cob House is a true escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, an exemplary example of just how little we need to be happy. The host and all the animals about were incredibly welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better break from work, the close small towns offer charm and welcoming locals and if you are up for chasing waterfalls, there are so many in driving distance though some might require a decent trek. 100% recommend! ”

“This was a nice unit in a good position. The kitchen was good, but the mircowave was not working. The decor is very dated and the lounges need to be fixed or replaced. There are planks of wood under the cushions for support which is uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable. It is a hassle bringing your own sheets and towels. There downpipes were leaking so when it rained there was constant dripping all night. We called it the water torture. Otherwise it was a pleasant place to stay.”
