Amazing Getaway!
We have stayed once before at this beautiful tiny cabin in the woods. We loved it just as much the second time! Private, secluded and cozy! The swim spa is an amazing bonus! Linda is a wonderful host and the place is spotless. We will definitely be visiting again!

Relaxing and Cosy
This newly built cabin has all the amenities you would need and we spent 4 relaxing nights. Decks on both sides of cabins was perfect and coming into the warm cabin with fireplace going...so warm and cosy. Very short walk to the swimming SPA and that was the cleanest spa ever. So very relaxing. Hosts gave us all the instructions on first day and from then were easy to reach if we needed anything. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Great little spot
The cabin was very cute and if you're looking for a cabin to spend the weekend at, this is your spot. We went when nobody else was in the other cabin so it was nice to have a little area to ourselves. Make sure to bring a board game or book as there is no tv and wifi is VERY iffy. The swimspa was great but we were unaware it was located in a totally different building- our mistake though.

Relaxing Escape in a Cozy Cabin
My husband and I had a wonderful two-day stay at Linda’s cabin. Linda was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The cabin was cozy and the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. We loved every moment and highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

Quiet Getaway Cabin
My partner and I decided to get away for a couple days, just the two of us, and to go somewhere quiet and cozy. We couldn't have found a better cabin. It was comfortable, well appointed and everything we wanted. It has a full kitchen, queen bed, gas fireplace, and everything you need. We stayed for two nights, and had a wonderful view of the snow falling up above the fireplace. One of the best amenities is the swim spa. It is massive, really relaxing and even lets you play music underwater. This was definitely one of our best getaways and we will definitely be back soon!!

Linda is a fantastic host. Very friendly and accommodating. The cabin is very cozy, and the trails and surrounding area are beautiful. A very peaceful environment, and a great release from city life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Tiny cabin getaway
This place is beautiful. Secluded and super quiet. The cabin was very clean and had everything you would need. Our host Linda was amazing. Welcomed us when we arrived and really made us feel at home. Would highly recommend for a quiet getaway. Very impressed!!

Cozy, tiny cabin
I needed a place to stay while completing the 2023 MTA El Camino. This tiny cabin was perfect. The place has everything you need to enjoy an off-grid, offline getaway. Linda was a wonderful and gracious host. The cabin was immaculate, well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable (important after a 32km hike). I highly recommend.

We were visiting from the United States and chose this tiny cabin to be a hub, for our adventures in exploring Southern Ontario. The cabin is cute and quiet, And was an absolutely perfect place to find rest.

Best honeymoon/vacation ever!!
Omgosh, where to begin! I'm still awestruck, from the location, the quaint beauty of the cabin, the peaceful tranquility, and our amazing, kind, warm-hearted hostess, Linda! We felt welcomed before we even arrived, her hospitality and kindness so warm and sincere, totally exceeding expectations! My (now) husband and I have been together for almost 11 years but had just got married on Aug 12th and came here for our honeymoon. We had more than 4.5 hrs drive to Summerhill (with good traffic) and were a few hours late for check-in, to which Linda was very accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised, upon arrival, to a gorgeous bouquet of flowers on the mantel, congratulating us and wishing us many happy years together! 🥰 How sweet and thoughtful!! ☺ The hot water heater wasn't working when we arrived, as a wren's nest had been relocated from a pipe the day before. It was no problem, we'd showered before we left, and the swimspa was available for warm water enjoyment. The heater service guy came very early (7:30) the morning of our 2nd full day, and to make up for the early wake-up time on our honeymoon, Linda treated us to breakfast. 😍 The trails are well-maintained and awesome, tho we only had 1 day w/o rain to be able to explore them. The time away, alone together, was exactly what we needed to relax, refresh, and reconnect! We loved it and had a wonderful time, we'll definitely be back!! ❤️ We have more trails we need to explore and was great to disconnect from all else!!

Hidden Gem!
The tiny cabin was absolutely perfect for us. It was so clean as well stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities. It was so peaceful and beautiful, it was exactly what we were looking for.The cabin is tucked enough in the woods that it was very private yet close enough to restaurants, attractions and amenities. We loved spending our mornings sitting on the porch enjoying our coffee while listening to the many varieties of birds. This just added to the overall experience. Linda was such an incredible host, she couldn't have more gracious and her extensive knowledge of the area was amazing. She was always reachable if we needed anything. Unfortunately, for us we never had time to enjoy the swim spa, Linda gave us a tour of it and it looks amazing as well. What a beautiful retreat, we enjoyed every moment in this amazing cabin! Thank you Linda for a spectacular long weekend. Hope we get to stay again.

My husband and I got EXACTLY what we needed during our stay at this property. With a busy life at home, the simplicity of this property was perfect. When I say simple, I don't mind bare bones - this property had everything you needed to do whatever you wanted. The cabin itself was incredibly well thought out. The space is perfectly sized for two, the kitchen had all the amenities and tools that you need. Our favourite part of the experience was sitting on the porch watching the nature around us while it lightly rained on the roof. We also took the opportunity to take the bikes on site for a ride through the trails. The trails were really well maintained and scenic. We had been warned by the owner that the mosquitos may be really bad, but we didn't have a problem with them at all during our stay. Linda did take the opportunity to give us a really good tutorial on the swim spa that she provides for those who stay. It sounds really cool but we did decide not to use it during this stay. Locally, we took a drive in to Cowbell Brewery, which was a cool facility but we were a little turned off by the prices. Alternatively, we had an awesome time when we drove into Goderich and found a fantastic restaurant with a lakeview patio and live music. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone that just needs to disconnect from the world for a few days and am hopeful we can return again in the future!
