“Stayed for the weekend and it was awesome. The house was beautiful and everyone had a wonderful time. Really delicious Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Neighborhood was a little noisy Saturday night but nothing out of the ordinary. Would definitely stay again.”

“Beautiful place for 8 women cyclists riding the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trails out if Xenia Station. Mattresses and bedding were super comfortable for sleeping after 50+ mile rides. The house is a beautifully remodeled farmhouse with big eat in kitchen making it great to connect with the group as we cooked and ate. Super comfortable. As I mentioned the group was 8 women- we could have used a few more towels and additional silverware as well as dishtowels but that was minor compared to the...

“Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful. ”

“Very nice rental. It was a cool old property (old bank I think) that has partially been converted to a living space. Lots of character and conversion was well done. Well stocked with everything you would need for a stay. So much nicer than a hotel stay. Walking distance to malt shop and IGA grocery. Town is super quiet and low key. Stairs to second floor are steep so a consideration if you have someone that has difficulties. We had no issues.”

“House was perfect for what we needed it for. The basement is cozy and the house was very clean. The location is not the greatest but it is close to alot food and such.”

“We don’t receive a confirmation email whether that’s due to my spam filter or the property manager unsure- but we had to get the door Code last minute. Neighborhood sketchy at best. On street parking that will guarantee a hit and run. Inside- no A/C musty and when we sat on the couch we all began to itch. Cockroaches in the bathroom so we left. Contacted the property manager to allow discussion, she never contacted me back so now I am leaving this review.”

“The house was very nice, clean and had everything we needed! It's a very nice neighborhood with nice houses. It was enjoyable to go in a nightly walk around the neighborhood. The location was close to restaurants and where we needed to go, so it was perfect! Plan on booking it again this time next year.”

“Great property! Adorably decorated. Really appreciated the water dispenser and the left over ice in the freezer. Only complaint is the seating. There were Four adults and only a couch to sit on in the living area. Would definitely stay again!”

“It was great! We came in for a soccer tournament and there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The back deck was a great place for all of us to hang out. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. The house very nostalgic and just a good place to stay”
