“We loved our stay at Casa Pearla. It is an adorable, restful, well appointed place with a patio to enjoy the hummingbirds. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with some thoughtful gifts from our host. Excellent location, close to Old Town and Hotel Albequerque. Two car garage, washer dryer, 1.5 bathrooms. Communication with our host was timely and excellent. One of the best stays I have had in a VRBO! Thank you to our gracious host, and we hope to see you in 2026.”

But we emptied all of the trash indoors, picked up after our dogs, and put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher (but I forgot to start the cycle). “Great back yard! Nice clean house, easy access to pretty much everything in ABQ.”

“My friend flew in from Tulum, I came in from Portland and we visited some of our favorite places from when we lived in ABQ 20 years ago as well as some new great finds. This house is comfortable, charming, clean and walking distance to the Rio Grande (just down Mountain), Old Town, Saw Mill Market and so many yummy restaurants. Plus the home comes with a fabulously full cherry tree!”

The couch was NOT comfortable at all, it had no cushioning at all to it, you sat and all you felt was springs. If they reupholster the couch or got a bigger couch it would be better.
