“This property was so nice, that I did not want to leave. It was cozy, well stocked, well maintained, and comfortable. Not far off the beaten path yet still secluded. I loved hearing the flowing river in the mornings and evenings. Our host, the Rowlands was easily accessible and responsive within minutes. Just an incredible slice of paradise. We will be back!”

“Check-in went smoothly. The property manager answered us promptly and addressed all concerns. The cabin is small but beautiful. The appliances worked very well. The solar/propane systems worked seamlessly. A great wood stove, with much seasoned firewood cut to fit. The “neighborhood”? Quiet, safe, with the Allegheny Trail and Greenbriar River, and the town of Marlinton nearby for necessities. But a very dusty road. There is no access from the road to the cabin which was not mentioned in...

“Lynne and Buddy were amazing hosts! Everything was wonderful and they were so so helpful and accomdating. From the pictures, to the cooler and ice, even their generator lol. They even took us out on their pontoon boat! The view was amazing where we stayed. I booked it just for that reason, the mtns and the sunset. Def recommend! You guys rock! this place!”

“Property was very clean and conveniently located. We were in town for a family funeral and the cabin was perfect for our needs. Very cozy! My only suggestion would be to add a few mixing bowls to the otherwise well stocked kitchen. ”
