Favourite Stay

I stayed twice at the Ramos Tower City Suites on my recent holiday and had stayed there in previous years as well. This time around there were a few issues with the rooms I had, problems with Air Con, a door that wouldn't lock,a toilet that broke,a jammed window blind and wi fi that only worked sporadically. All were dealt with,or at least answers given by the staff and the maintenance guys in particular arrived quickly and fixed what they could fix quickly and efficiently.It seems that routine maintenance isn't all it could be these days as I've never had any problems previous visits. Despite this I enjoyed my stay,the suites are comfortable and every one has a balcony with a great view across the City. They're also very good value and the staff are efficient while keeping a low profile.

I would not return to this hotel because of two things....pillows made of rocks and a pathetic shower...no pressure so no water volume and the temp was impossible to control....either cold or 'scalding' ( slight exaggeration).For a one night stay it was adequate.

Empfehlenswertes Stadthotel

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstück so LaLa, gutes Wlan auf dem Zimmer, viele Restaurants und Shopping Center in der Nähe und das Beste war der Balkon mit Aussicht über Cebu City.

予約した部屋と異なる部屋

料金の高いコーナーの部屋を予約しておいたのにチェックインの際、「コーナーの部屋はロングステイ用の部屋で一泊の人は利用できない」とフロントに言われ、普通の部屋に案内された。

十分納得できるホテル

リーズナブルプライスときちっとしたフロント対応。部屋も清潔に保たれており好感が持てる。難点はドライヤー、ハンガーが無かった事。それから何かの虫に食われました。しかしこれはそれ程酷くなく、２日位痒みが続く箇所がぽつっと出る程度。気になる人はムヒでもあればすぐに直るでしょう。雑然としたエリアで到着時１８：００過ぎで既に暗くなっており、「食料などアヤラショッピングセンターまで歩いて買いに行く」と言った所、フロント嬢に「この時間は危険なのでタクシーで行って下さい」ときちっとしたアドヴァイスをしてくれる。確かに周辺は裕福とは言えない人達のエリアだし暗いと絶対道に迷うので、男女の別なく夜になったらホテルから出ない事をお勧めする。仕事ぶりは真面目でチェックイン時に１，０００ペソのディポジットを請求されるものの、チェックアウトの時はスタッフに連絡して部屋状態をすぐに確認。ディポジットの返却もスムースだった。中心部へは距離があるものの、価格や設備、運営を考えれば十分納得できるホテル。

良いと思います

値段からすれば十分満足です。 バスルームは非常に狭いですが、香港の安宿ほどではありません。 シャワーの湯量の調節は、洗面のシンクの下の給湯器でできます。 掃除は丁寧ですが、４泊で使ってないアメニティの補充は無駄かと。 空港からのタクシーでも、ラモスタワーで通じますし、ジープニーもよく走っているので便利です。 空港に向かう流しのタクシーは、早朝で、メーター＋百ペソよこせとか言ってきたので、注意が必要かも。

Good, but corner rooms not at the corner

Take care - "corner rooms" are usually not at the corners, those photos have been taken in the condos. Better ask reception if really rooms at corners are available

good waiting of 20mins -front desk REFUSED to check me in showing 2 my reservation proof (expedia app and email reservation) since ID did not match on my online reservation.had to call expedia to change my info to match my ID. airconditioner not working -mutiple calls made before maintenance came to room to check. 1st call front desk to check airconditioner almost an hour w no airconditioner -staff came 30mins later after call made very RUDE stating "because we have been changing temperature" 2nd call to front desk -same man came to the room 20mins looking MAD checking the remote control to make sure we did making adjustment.he then checked the airconditioner unit located by the balcony and found out that some part (evaporator coil -unsure it it's the correct part) is ICING UP. 3rd call to fronk desk -same man came still looking MAD, now he's is with somebody and he is showing to him the airconditioner unit and how its ICING UP. FYI:every time it leaves us between 1hr - 2hr with us no airconditioner running from the time it's ICING UP till it gets fixed. one morning i went out very early to pick up some of my things stored at a friends house.came to the hotel in a cab at 7ish AM. i saw the guard and 2-3 bellman sitting down and talking nextdoor (looks like an empty commercial space).i was unloading 5 big bags and a few plastic containers, no one came to help. not even the front desk greeting me good morning.so i did all the work and took their luggage cart to my room.

チェックインしようとしたら「予約はクラウンリージェンシーに変更になったからそっちに行ってくれ」と言われ タクシーに乗せられました（タクシー代は自腹です） 以下、シティ スイーツ ラモス タワーには泊まれなかったのでクラウン リージェンシー レジデンシズ セブの評価になります 設備はプールもあるし立地も大通り沿いでホテルの隣にコンビニもあるしよかったです。 部屋の冷蔵庫は壊れていました。シャワーは水圧・温度ともにイマイチ

가격대비 대만족/적극추천

가격대비호텔시설에 굉장히 만족했어요. 12층에 묵었는데 발코니에 조그마한 탁자랑 의자가 있어서 야경보면서 산미구엘도 마시고~ 티비에서 머리아픈 소음이 나서 티비는 끄고 지냈지만 욕실수압도 훌륭하고 객실상태가 굉장히 좋아 만족했습니다. 적극추천이네요~ 다만, 번화가와 좀 떨어져있어서 가끔가다 택시기사분이 위치를 모르세요ㅎ 망고 스퀘어에선 지금길로 가면 택시로 5분정도 걸립니다~ 프론트데스크 직원분을 뭔가 어리버리하고 잘 모르는듯하나 지내기엔 문제 없네요~

지은지 얼마 안된 곳 같았어요, 부분부분 계속 공사중이더라고요 공항 가기전 잠시 쉬어갔는데, 깔끔하고 전체적으로 좋았습니다. 17층이어서 전망도 좋았습니다. 다만 샤워시 수압이 조금 약한게 흠이었고, 주변에 편의시설이 부족했던것 같습니다. 그래도 가격대비로 정말 만족합니다. 이곳을 베이스로 잡고 세부 여행을 하기에는 아쉬운 위치이지만, 공항 가기전 하루, 쇼핑하기 위하여 잡거나 잠시 휴식을 위한 숙소로는 정말 좋은 곳 같습니다.

Enjoyable

I liked my stay so much I have extended and rebooked on several occasions. Rooms with city view are fantastic! Also you have refrigerator and bar area for food and large closets. Bathroom conveniently small. The staff was accommodating to my business needs. Housekeeping could improve a bit. But overall for the money it is a deal. I will continue booking here at this price and expect things to get better. It is a Crown Regency property and I assume will be improved over time under their management. I liked the atmosphere and the stores at ground level. Good family atmosphere and plenty of beautiful ladyboys. Staff was professional most of the time. Only drawback is for better taxi service you have to walk down to street to catch a taxi. Overall, if you want a lot of bang for your money, book here. I only wish they offered free breakfast to all rooms not just premium ones. It's a good deal for budget minded. Best in downtown Cebu for the money.

Nice hotel located in central Cebu.

Experience was good. Liked the hotel a lot. However, staff discriminated against my roommate and took 30 minutes to book in room. Also, there was deposit fee which was not advertised and the desk did not allow cc to be used for deposit. Bad bad bad.

베란다가좋았음

코너디럭스신청했는데 더블침대 싱글침대 신청했는데 싱글 두개라 조금 아쉬웠지만 20층배정받고 베란다 뷰보면서 휴양하면서 불만이 가셨음.... 고층으로 배정받으시길.... 뷰보면서 밤에 쉬기는 딱입니다

旧中心街近くの、マンションの一室。

遮光カーテンが無く、朝早く起きてしまう。 タクシーが少ない。 ワンルームマンションをホテル部屋にしている様で、 キッチンの流しがある。 ルームクリニング、トイレットペーパーが必要な時電話して 来てもらった。

どこに行くのも便利なホテル

価格が安い割には部屋もきれいで清潔さらにミニキッチン/冷蔵庫/テテレビが装備されとてもよかった。又フェンテにも徒歩圏内のため食事/買い物/両替どれをとっても便利な立地でした。

附近沒有什麼餐廳， 需要吹風機沒有吹風機，請小姐多給ㄧ條毛巾， 也說不行！ 入住和退房時間超久.... 唯一好的就是朋友房間景觀很棒....
