“My business partner and I took 8 of our employees to Little Harvest Caye for a weeklong retreat and we just can't say enough how perfect it was! This little island is immaculate. The beds were comfortable, the food and drinks were amazing (thank you Oscar!), and the staff was incredible! “Our stay was comfortable, with a good distance of walking to Lobster fest. Our room was pretty clean, provided all the amenities mentioned, and even soap and towels. There were some leftover, used things of soap that were still in the shower area from visitors past. It was hard to find our place at first, and even as I was sitting in my hammock one of the days, some visitors had to ask me to help them find their building. But overall, once we got settled it was a great spot to stay at.”

“What an amazing place right on the beach. We were the only ones stay at the beach property. Loved the lounge chairs, hammock, kayaks. Had communication problems with the property manager at times. No one around upon arrival and no instructions for wifi and TV. He did make arrangements for private snorkeling and fishing tours. The place does not have a hot tub as listed in amenities. The location is ideal at the quiet end of the sidewalk.”

“We’ve been to Placencia several times, but our first stay here. Loved it! Candace’s advice and arrangements, for guides, restaurants, even a massage, were dead on. The location is within easy walking distance of all we could have wanted. And guides picked us up on the beach in front of the property! We thought this might be our last visit here, but reconsidering now. ”

“I have already submitted a review. Placencia is a beautiful unspoiled gem. The beaches are spectacular. Carol's Cabanas - Tarpon is located on the main st and very noisy into the wee hours. As it was very inexpensive my expectations were not high BUT it was clean, had 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette ( no oven) a screened porch and suitable bathroom facilities. “This was a very nice and charming place for 2 couples. If there is only one complaint to be had it would be the access road to the property. Riddled with clay pot holes that take a toll on your re Tal vehicle and your neck. The property itself is very nice and accommodating. We were easily picked up at the dock by our chartered boat that took us to the many Keys in Placencia. I would come back here.”
