“Great location. Beautiful house with everything we needed inside. Owner was in great communication with me and checked in by text. Great island with alot to explore and great restaurants to eat at. If you want to cook at the house, everythinv is there and very close to grocert store too.”

Not only is the property represented to a T in the VRBO listing, the property manager was nothing less than "family" (she lives a few doors down), the way she catered to us during our stay. I loved the location being separated a bit from the daily noise and road/tourism traffic and makes you feel you are on your own island with immediate access to the Cay via your own small boat to cross the creek to get to town. “This house was absolutely incredible. We had four couples staying here, and having the ability to each have a king bed and own private bathroom was a game changer. Perfect location for all things Hope Town and the private dock is also amazing. The owner John, and the property manager Charlie were both very considerate and constantly communicated with us throughout the trip.”

“We arrived a little early, and the host allowed us to take advantage of the dock prior to our check-in time. The teenagers were able to jump right in and begin snorkeling around the dock. The house was exactly as described, and fit our group of 12 perfectly. We cooked in the kitchen every morning and night, and found all that we needed. All in all, the perfect spot for our group as we enjoyed all the cays close by via boat. ”
