“We had a wonderful stay at Pelicans Perch! The condo is clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The views from the downstairs living room and upstairs master bedroom were to die for. The swimming pool was large and sparkling clean. It was down season so we were the only ones in it most of the time. The complex was very quiet and relaxing. There are plenty of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“The condo was comfortable and equipped with what we needed. The recliners were nice for evening. We loved the table and chairs on the veranda for our meals. From there we could look out at the pool and ocean. The best part was sitting on the beach to view the sunrise! We could walk the beach all the way up to Coco Plum Beach, so peaceful. “When we opened the door, the seashell mirror over the couch had fallen down. We alerted the proper folks and cleaned it up. No one ever contacted us about the mess. I did ask for an additional blanket and was told it was being worked but no one ever contacted us about it, or brought it. The unit was clean and comfortable. The views were very nice and we enjoyed walking on the docks. Porky’s mini-golf and restaurant is a must!”
