“Big and peaceful place with lots of spaces to park the car. But if you are a young person looking for a lively enviroment maybe this is not the place for you. The mattress could have been better.”

Living room and main bedroom overlook the main square of Aberfeldy. Very pittoresque. Kitchen and Bathroom had showroom effect, clean, functional and practical. “Excellent location for a short stay. We stayed in the maxwells which were very comfortable with all the right facilities. My only suggestion would be to provide split bins for waste and recycling (landfill / plastic and tins) along with a tub for compostable waste. ”

There is a real “ personal “ touch & the owners are so “ hands on”& this care filters down through all their Staff.
Alas, the weather was not in our favour, but the sun always shines inside the “ Inn on the Tay”!

“All aspects of the hotel were very good, all rooms were pleasingly decorated and as you would wish in a traditional highland hotel, even down to some whisky in the room. We requested a front room and this was provided. Great cooking. ”
