Absolutely horrible place. They were so rude. My contact prior to the stay with Monica was so nice I was excited by my 4 night stay. Upon my arrival I asked directions from Giovanni and he couldn't assist giving me directions from the bus stop to hotel. Note only main bus stop so he had to know.
When I arrived at hotel I met Giovanni he was so rude! I was looking for entrance he stands there arms folded telling me you can enter here but this is for breakfast. Hello I just arrived. I check in he continues to be rude. Hands me a key here is your room. There was no help with luggage or showing where room was nothing. First time booked hotel on Expedia in very long time and think it will be my last. I truly believe the owner of hotel and Giovanni didnt like guest from Expedia. Literally it was off season only me and 2 guest in another room. They should of been happy I booked their hotel.
I stayed 1 night and was so bothered the way I was treated I went to another hotel. I left a few things in the room as I still had the keys. Then I contacted Expedia they told me they couldnt do anything and it was a loss. I return to my room a day later keep in mind I had paid for the room in full and items I had in the room was gone including a camera. Absolutely horrible hotel never been treated so rude and felt so unwelcome in my life.
I will continue to say over rated property. Poor beds from IKEA. No real balcony to enjoy the sea.
