“It was very nice and clean. Two issues. The shower curtain smelled like an old wet towel which made the rest of the unit smell. The seams between the bedroom carpet and the kitchen floor aren’t laid down properly. Our 2 years olds foot as well as our was poked by staples or something that points up. It would be good for the owner to check on the installation. ”

“We had a wonderful few days at this rental. The rental listed is found as detailed in the description. The walk down to the water is steep but has a nice view from the top of the hill and house. During our stay we fished from the pier, used the paddle boats and row boat provided. The lake is not super busy and relatively quiet. Hung out by the fire pit and enjoyed relaxing. The kids and adults enjoyed playing the yard games provided. We went to a few breweries and cheese places that are close....

“This place checked all the boxes for a college friend reunion. Location was very central to UW and downtown. very clean, and quaint. There are a lot of stairs to get to this apartment, so if you have knee, hip or issues with stairs, this is not a good fit for you. But this was a perfect place to stay and very clean and cute. “Extended weekend with my children, and could not have asked for a better location. 2 boys, 2 girls - the boys had a great time fishing from the pier, and we were close enough to Eau Claire to do some shopping with the girls. The layout of the house was incredible - plenty of room in the kitchen for game nights, and a great family room space for movies as well. Highly recommend this location for groups or families, you won't be disappointed!”
