“The property is advertised as 11 and 15. If you get the 11 - you are renting the 11 bedroom side of the property whose entrance is 1 level lower than the street level and it is essentially the lower 3 floors. The 4 bedroom part is the top 2 levels and the entrance is at the street level. If you are confused - wait until you rent the whole property (15 bedrooms). It is truly an amazing property. Not the best in terms of construction and it shows in the alignment of doors, windows, toilets etc...

“We booked this house to surprise our 8 year old with family in her favorite place, Lake Tahoe. The house is in a perfect location, close enough to heavenly village but far enough away that you still get the peace and quiet you look for in beautiful Lake Tahoe.”

“Overall we had a great stay. Plenty of room for our family of five - 3 kids. The game room was fun and bedrooms were nice. Kitchen was pretty sparse - no salt and pepper - especially for an house this price. And when the street was plowed they blocked in our car which was really frustrating. Great location. ”

“Thank you for making this excellent, well maintained & appointed home available. Far enough to escape traffic with a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything else in the Incline area. Perfect location for a friend group looking to go on a Ski trip and just minutes from stateline strip, restaurants, casinos etc. Manager was super accommodating when we requested to extend our stay one extra day to enjoy the fresh snow!
