“We arrived on the July 12 holiday with many traffic problems. Then the unit we were assigned to had maintenance problems. Andrew went above and beyond to find us another unit and se that we were taken care. Wonderful attention and service. Thank you Andrew!”

“Fabulous location but the unit itself needs some work, particularly in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the window shade is covered in mold so couldn't roll it down for privacy, and the bathtub is mold heaven. Not sure what the brown/bloody looking ooze was that was dripping from the tile, but it was gross. And the bottom of the bathtub skirt was not actually attached to the floor, so water just soaked right under there and sat. no way to clean it. so there has to be so much mold in there. The rest...

“the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. “Pros: The company made sure all instructions to enter the property was understood and was well organised throughout. I had no problems entering the property. In addition they gave us leaflets in the property which recommended great activities throughout Belfast. Also the accommodation had great facilities such as hair dryer, washer and iron.
