Bienvenido a los recién terminados Sea Lofts en Padaro Beach. Esta es la playa más exclusiva de Santa Bárbara. No encontrará alojamientos más cercanos al agua por millas. No solo estás a pocos metros del mar, sino que estás a cien metros de tiendas de surf, restaurantes y boutiques. Puede alquilar tablas de surf, tablas de paddle, tomar clases de surf o tomar el desayuno, el almuerzo o la cena en uno de los lugares locales en Santa Claus Lane sin tener que subirse a su automóvil. Los Sea Lofts son el principal destino de playa de Santa Bárbara. Puedes caminar por millas durante la marea baja, o simplemente sentarte en la terraza y ver la puesta de sol. Amazing
Breath taking ocean views. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend. Place was first-class. Only thing I would mention, is that I wasn’t aware there was a train that passes by occasionally, but honestly didn’t care, it was an amazing experience and a great room. The door locks were finicky, but the overall vibe of the area/neighborhood made me feel safe, and somewhat comfortable not being able to lock my doors. Just tells you what an incredible stay this was, definition of care free. Magical place. 5 out of 5. Would return.

Our stay was great, so enhanced by the very comfortable, calm beautiful space. Every feature is updated version. Loved the stylishly cool bathroom and its open floor walk-in shower. The direct ocean view makes it all come together to top rating in wonderful Carpenteria, a big favorite!

very nice!
The efficiency is very clean, well decorated , large comfortable sectional, large bathroom, lovely robes, nice dishes, good view in a small beach community. It was very good for a few night stays given we attended a wedding. Microwave and fridge are good for a few grocery items and take out. Freezer would be nice, or ice available. The beach is very lovely but I didn't feel compelled to walk as often as I normally do, because of the rocks you have to climb. It's not a big obstacle but I can see how it would be with small children and beach equipment. The train that goes by for 15 seconds a few times a day is not a big deal, in fact I thought lovely, remi niscent of the old santa fe or Polar express. Jeff quickly responded to requests and excellent to work with. Easy drive to adorable Monticito and Santa Barbara for shopping and great restaurants.

We stayed here in late May, and although it was cloudy and cool, the property was comfortable and beautiful. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Probably the only setback was that the Nespresso machine did not work, but we were able to walk to a cafe to get coffee. Also, it wasn’t a problem for us because it was too cold to swim, but apparently Padaro beach is known for great white sharks, so that is something to consider. Highly recommend this stay, but be careful of the weather because it would have been 10x better had it been warm and sunny.

Perfect spot for a quick weekend away.
So close to the beach, so close to Santa Barbara, a beautiful spot to get away from it all. The train does roll by, but the property is very well built so the sound is not bad at all. Thanks for letting us stay, we will be back.

Great view of the Pacific from a modern, clean studio apartment
The large windows and high ceiling provided an excellent view of the Pacific. The studio apartment is new and has up to date appliances. The beach was a short walk away. The owner provided coffee, shampoo, beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella. We appreciated the recommendations for restaurants in nearby Montecito. We hope to return next year!
