Total relaxation
We loved our stay here! It was the perfect size for our small family. We spent a lot of time out on the deck, and in the cozy living room. Beach access was easy and it wasn’t too crowded. We hope to book again next summer!

Great place and great location
We had a great stay in Carolina Beach. The 2-bedroom was exactly as described. Super clean and very well stocked. So close to the beach and local restaurants. Could not have been better.

Memorial weekend
We enjoyed our stay! The beach was not too crowded, atmosphere was great. Only concern was the A/C temp would adjust itself after we had set it to desired temp and we would have to readjust several times. Also be aware it is a 3rd floor walkup, so 6 flights of stairs. This was not an issue for us and we had a great time!

Cute condo on beach
We came for a wedding in Wilmington but wanted to stay on the beach. This condo was the perfect choice. Short drive into Wilmington, plenty of things to do in the area, and most importantly right on the beach. Very clean and tidy. We loved it!

Carolina Beach Stay
We stayed for four nights. Overall we were pleased with everything. It’s right on the beach which is nice. The condo is on the top unit so if you have difficulty with stairs something to keep in mind. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

Excellent!!!
I was worried we’d be too far from the Boardwalk for my kids but it was actually great! I was worried about being on top floor with a baby but again great! The place was clean, great views stocked with sand toys & even some baby needs that we had forgotten. We loved it so much we’re already looking for dates to come back!!!

Fantastic stay right on the beach!!
Incredibly clean property and unbeatable proximity to beach—private beach access with boardwalk attached to the multi-unit complex. While we were missing some basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and soap), the kitchen was fully stocked and the bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids! Property exactly as described. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved the incredible view as well as the location...steps from the beach and close to several restaurants that we enjoyed. Top floor, heavenly!
Loved being on the third floor to enjoy the view and sounds of the wave action! Clean, comfortable and private. The decor is nice and the recent kitchen Reno is lovely. JOY IN THE STORM
I was looking forward to this stay and hanging out with my college buddy. Well Hurricane Ian came in with a vengeance and changed the hanging out(side) part of our plans. The great thing about this was the condo was the best place to be. It was so clean!!! The view from the living room was fabulous. It was a great place to watch the waves. The place is spacious enough for a family. And had everything needed to enjoy your stay. I can't say enough about the host. He is so nice and answered questions kindly even before we got there. I'd happily return. I can't wait to plan another stay at this condo with my family.

Beautiful condo with perfect views
This property was everything we needed and more for our special trip. The property was quiet, sparkling clean, well stocked with little extras such as handsoap, had plenty of towels, and wonderful beds and furniture. We loved every moment. I feel fortunate to have stayed at such a lovely place for three gorgeous days and nights. Plus, we got plenty of exercise climbing the stairs! The parking was conveniently located under the shed and also across the street. Also, I loved that the trash dumpster was so close and easy. Thank you so much, Michael, for allowing us to rent your gorgeous place. I would love to come back!
