The house is beautiful, have everything that you need for your stay. It’s walking distance from the beach and they provide some beach accessories. Recommended 100% and we would stay there again if we go to Carolina Beach

Highly recommend
Booking and check in was easy and smooth. I had a question prior to my arrival and the owners answered in less than a couple hours. As we arrived at the property the owner was there making sure herself that the property was clean for my family and I stay. Not that far from the beach and other surrounding activities (walking distant)!!!

Great location and very comfortable stay
We enjoyed our time at this property! Great location, 4 minute walk to the beach and plenty to do nearby. Quite close to the boardwalk and restaurants as well. Great for our family of four to unwind and relax for a few days. The guidebook was very helpful and check in and check out were very smooth.

Terrific Beach Vacation
The Salty Sea Turtle was a beautiful base for our vacation. Roomy, comfortable, and extremely clean, we were relaxed from the minute we arrived. Ocean views, and so close to the beach!

A Home Away From Home
Staying at the Salty Sea Turtle felt like staying at a friend's home. It has top-notch amenities, is well-maintained, and the very short walk to the beach was the icing on the cake. I would give it 100 stars if I could! We look forward to another visit!

Great family vacation location
This property was perfect for us. We have two older teenage children, a toddler and newborn. This property was perfect. It was big enough to accommodate everyone, had plenty of kitchen accessories to make cooking easy and hassle free and was an easy walk to the beach to help with naptimes during the day for our littles. We had a great time and will definitely look to stay again in the future.

Carolina Beach Vacation
We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful. There was a view of the ocean when you sit on the second and top deck. The accommodations were plenty. My family was very happy to relax and enjoy the beach. Very happy with the attentiveness of the owners. The provided guide of local activities and food was very helpful.

Wonderful Family Vacation
This property was the perfect size for our group and a fantastic location. Being right on the border of Carolina and Kure Beach made everything very convenient as well as a quiet area away from the center of Carolina Beach. We had a nice view of the water as well as a short walk to the beach. Kids and adults enjoyed the trip and all the fun things to do in the area over the holiday weekend.

Amazing Stay!
I booked this property for a girls trip - a long weekend at the beach and it could not have been more perfect! The home was spacious and clean and adorably decorated. Perfectly situated close to the beach but far enough away from the main drag that we didn’t hear any of the noise. We were impressed at the quality of linens and amenities provided. Plenty of tools on hand for cooking and the dryer was a lifesaver! Loved the little deck and all the natural light! The only down side was one of the bedrooms was also the room for the heating/AC unit; definitely give this room to your heaviest sleeper as it gets quite loud. Would highly recommend this place to someone looking for a low-key getaway!

It was short lived we didnt want to leave it home away from home
This was our first time having a beachhouse we had a great time. The house is beautiful is a good fit for our familiy especially with children,it so clean, smeels good and ooks better in person. We didnt really have problems except the tv remote in our room didnt work but all the other tb remote did work but that didnt really bother us because enjoy the house and the beach. I did get confuse at first about what door were suppose to put our number into for our rental amd I call Greg help me and their neighbor help me as well .Greg help us with anything we needed he was on call. The beach is not a far walk it is close like it saids. Greg and his wife work with me when I first wanted to rent this home my credit card was stolen and I had to wait a week to get another one and they hold this rental for me. This house and them helping me was an answer to my prayer. We had came for my husband surprise birthday, and were suppose to stay until this sunday and had to stay for a shorter time. I had to change my booking for two days since our family couldnt traveling from up north to carolina beach and I had enough time to change before we came down and Greg and his wife help me to change the date they are a blessing and nothing but alot of good things to day about this place. we will definitley be back.

Great place close to the beach
This house was great. Me and my wife were able to walk with the kids to the beach access in less than 5 minutes! House was clean and beds were very comfortable! We will be staying here again! Owners are very responsive.

Wonderful stay at the Salty Sea Turtle!!
We had a small glitch with check in but was immediately fixed when I called Greg. He was very nice and fixed the problem right away. The house was beautiful and very clean. It had all the amenities and the website descriptions were accurate. The beds were extremely comfortable for a good nights rest. The house was in a good location and just a small walk to the beach. Having the wagon, chairs and umbrella available was very helpful. Also the house was close to the aquarium, two piers, State Parks for exploring, the boardwalk, restaurants, the ferry, and many more fun things. The three levels of balconies were nice to have for optional views, morning coffee, reading a book or sitting in the sun. Also, the house had many optional games for the family; cornhole, board games, card games, etc. Overall, it was a great get-a-way for our spring break family trip.

What an amazing property!
What an amazing property! We really enjoyed our stay at the Salty Sea Turtle! These owners, literally, thought of everything. It's so comfortable, cozy, and very roomy. There were 7 of us in total in our group. There was plenty of space, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We didn't feel cramped or on top of one another in our short visit. What we really enjoyed the most, sitting out on the decks. It's a quiet neighborhood, but just 3 short blocks to the beach access. The beds were comfortable, and the linens provided were nice and soft. We really liked the fact that the towels were wrapped up in plastic, you knew they were clean when you walked in. We are really big on cleanliness…this place was spotless and smelled really fresh! We can't wait to book again at the Salty Sea Turtle!
