Bellamente mantenido condominio de 2 dormitorios frente al mar con piscina y WIFI. La unidad es una unidad del segundo piso con vistas excepcionales de la playa.

El condominio cuenta con dos camas queen, que fueron reemplazadas el 15/09/15 con colchones y somieres Serta Perfect Sleeper. El condominio duerme cómodamente 4 personas. Tiene un baño completo y medio baño en el dormitorio principal. Ropa de cama están incluidos.

Hermosas vistas de la playa desde la sala de estar, dormitorio principal y balcón. Hay acceso al balcón desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. El balcón tiene barra de altura sillas y mesa.

Hay un televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y estéreo, así como una variedad de DVD, libros y juegos para pasar el tiempo si tiene la mala suerte de tener un día lluvioso.

Hay una cocina completa con refrigerador, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, tostadora, cafetera, vajilla, utensilios, etc. También hay sillas de playa, flotadores y otros juguetes de playa / piscina para su uso.

El condominio tiene una ducha exterior para limpiar de la playa. Hay lavadoras / secadoras en el edificio. No hay ascensores.

La propiedad solo alquila semanalmente de sábado a sábado durante el verano (6/17 / 17-8 / 26/17). Cualquier alquiler antes del sábado, 6/17, debe partir antes del sábado, 6/17.

Right by the beach
Cleanliness needs to be improved. We arrived to find a dead cockroach belly up in the bedroom. Trash under the bed. Under the furniture hasn’t been cleaned in months. Besides the cleanliness issues, the location was very nice. Right by the beach. Pool was nice. Nice deck. Not too loud.

Overall it was a great place to stay just the microwave according to one of my friends wasn't working very well And the dishwasher had some issues as well. But then again with the views and location was very nice to visit this condo

Girls weekend getaway
It was the perfect place to have a friend get-away and be able to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean at night and see the sunrise over the ocean in the morning. It could use some work on the plumbing in the bathroom but nothing we couldn't deal with. Thank you for letting us visit your place at the beach.

Check in was great and even got to check in early. Communication with owner was very good with quick responses. The unit had a great view and what looked like a great pool. The cleaning left alot to be desired as the bathroom toilet was disgusting. Alerted the owner immediately but no one was able to come clean. We would have checked out at this point but no where else to go on such short notice. We did have a half bath that we used. The shower would not drain and when shower was done the water was over our ankles. The sitting area furniture is extremely uncomfortable as it is an outdoor wicker patio set. The balcony furniture was old and rusted. The entire unit is very outdated. No bugs was a positive though. As I said owner was very responsive so that was a plus as well. I wish him the best in getting this unit up to what I consider par. Clean and comfortable. The parking is extremely tight so we used the overflow parking across the street. Not a necessity just our wanting no dents on our vehicle. Location is a very short drive to everything we wanted to do. FYI you pay to park EVERYWHERE in Carolina Beach.

Great property!!
This property was perfect for a long weekend getaway! It was accurately described on VRBO. Prior to booking and once during our stay, I contacted the property owner. He was quick to respond and able to answer my questions. We enjoyed this location…so convenient to the beach and a short drive to town. The kitchen was well stocked, beds/ pillows extremely comfortable, AC functioned well and most importantly the property was clean. I highly recommend and we will definitely stay again!!

Very Good Deal
This property is a very good deal. Close to everything, you really don't need to drive anywhere if you don't want to. Everything was clean and the views and closeness to the beach are as advertised. We did have an issue with the AC, but we called Greg the owner and he handled the issue immediately. He even called to follow up and make sure that everything had been handled. Can't beat the price for what you get here.

BEACH GETAWAY
Had a very nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped The bathrooms had toilet paper to get you started. The bathrooms also had shampoo, body lotion and soap. I have never stayed at a place that had such nice thick bath towels. Very clean. The owner was very accessible and answered all questions. Hope to stay there again Sharon Howie

Living room has only outdoor furniture to rest on No Comfy couch No comfy chair or recliner All outdoor furniture No Ice Maker in refrigerator Shower does not drain Sink in the 1/2 bath does not drain This vacation was an absolute struggle

Excellent location
I loved the view off the private balcony. The place was pretty clean and comfortable. Only problem and I understand given that the property was a little older - I had to get drain cleaner to flush out the bathtub. There would be standing water 8 to 10 inches deep after a shower. After the cleaner and plunging for a half hour I was able to free the clog and it was all good. Otherwise I would recommend this property and look forward to returning. I love the area. One other concern is for the local businesses who rely on pull up customers. The whole area is hell bent on making a dollar on tourists. If a business has to close because no one will pay to park why bother coming down here? The signs out/side of Nollies are atrocious. Who will park there and pay when all they want is a good taco. I feel sorry for the small business owners.

This property had an awesome view, 2nd floor gave us ocean view, 1st floor could look at the dunes. The cleaning people should be fired, and I sent him that message from the beginning. The floors were dirty and the bathtub was grimey (had to clean it myself). There was NO TOILET PAPER to be found, good thing I brought some from home. The bedroom with the attached 1/2 bath, the bed was noisy and shot. My husband fell to the middle of the bed every night and I hung on to the edge, that mattress should have been thrown out 10 years ago. Overall the unit was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The grounds were well kept and the pool was awesome. Bring quarters for the laundry but the machines ran for a long time on 2 dollars each. For the price it was decent ( I am from NY). I would rent this again and bring an air mattress if the bed has not been changed out. The manager was easy to get a hold of and was prompt to answer any questions I had.
