Great experience
We had a short, but wonderful stay. The owner was fast to respond and friendly. The house itself was lovely though there are a LOT of stairs. Everything was exactly as pictured/described. Would definitely stay again.

Not exactly what I expected
The property was rather more like a family members home that let you stay there rather then something you’d expect from this site. The family’s property that owned the home had a lot Of there personal belongings still all over the house. Also ONE OF THE MAJOR SELLING POINTS for me on this house in the first place was the aesthetics. For example, one of the rooms had a ladder leading up to the ceiling like to a loft area another one had steel stairs outside window to a deck. The first one in the yellow room, the ladder led to a locked door, where you could not even get to the loft area, which was very disappointing, and it did not mention that in the listing, also the steel stairs that had holes in them were very very uncomfortable on your feet not to mention my poor little service animal, who could barely get up and down the stairs on her own. I literally had to cover the entire staircase with rugs, threw up from throughout the house so she could go up and down the stairs. I actually ended up booking another property and leaving after the first day because it was so uncomfortable.

Unforgettable vacay
My family of four stayed in the upper portion of the home. The design of the home, the windows and porches meant we enjoyed the beachfront location like never before. The property manager was great to work with from start to finish. Great location within walking distance to Tony Silvagni Surfi School, a few restaurants and the boardwalk area. The section of the beach in front of the house is in between two lifeguard stations. We made some great family memories and won’t soon forget this unique home.

Awesome beach house
The best part of this house is all the windows and gorgeous views! You can look out at the ocean from just about anywhere in the house. There is a nice lake behind the property so if you’re in the back rooms you can still have a nice view! We were so happy there! It was so nice and spacious! We loved the kitchen...lots of room and fun to cook there. There is a very short walk down to the beach which was not very crowded at all. We had plenty of room on the lower deck area to keep our beach cart with our chairs and umbrellas handy. There was also space for our paddle boards and beach crate by our house entrance area. We loved sitting out on the deck areas. There’s a nice water feature by the master bedroom that made it peaceful to fall asleep! Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance! I would definitely recommend this beach house!

Beautiful! Perfect for a family/someone wanting a nice modern beach stay. Spectacular location!!
This is such a lovely home! It’s well designed and if you have kids-they will LOVE all the fun spaces. If you’re Adults, sans kids-you will LOVE all the fun spaces! :-) The Place is new, clean, organized and you simply cannot beat the beautiful location. Veggie Wagon is a cute tiny beach grocery store, with small selections of very wonderful things-less than 100 meters. The lake is across the street, which you can still see from the house even though on the beach side. We were able to see Christmas lights, and and event, without hitting crowds. You can see sunsets from a charming little deck, too. It really is a nice place. Most places along the beach are kitschy/beachy...which is ok, but if you’re used to more modern decor/design you’ll appreciate this Home. Host, Caitlin, is great! Gave very good directions for things. You’ll be so happy with your stay here. I missed the beautiful beach sunrise this AM... Enjoy! J, S & S

Beyond your dreams...beyond your expectations!!!
Caitlin's home is unlike any other in the best ways possible! I indroduced the NC coast to my family, originally from the NYC area, and they fell in love mostly because of the house ❤️ There are surprises in every room. The layout is thoughtful and the views can be enjoyed from every room even the bathrooms. When we vaca in Carolina Beach again this is the place we want to stay. Thank you Caitlin for your graciousness. We will see you again someday 😀 Best wishes to you and your family...

Incredible home!
Very spacious with an awesome kid friendly layout. The owner is very helpful and we had no problems checking in or out. Felt like home within minutes! Beautiful beach and walking distance to the boardwalk. Loved, loved, loved it!!
