Great Stay in North Shore for Families
My parents, husband and newborn stayed here for a few days after fourth of july.
Things that were great about the rental:
-Location
-Cleanliness
-Bedrooms
-Bedding was LOVELY
-Bathrooms were really nice, clean and brand new
-Updated indoor space
-Great neighborhood
-Backyard goes into a bunch of hiking trails
-Floorplan was nice
Things that could improve:
-There's nothing in the kitchen in regards to cooking (salt, pepper) which is fine, I would just keep it in mind so you can make sure to bring them with you when you go stay.
-There was no furniture on the deck to sit on or hang out outside. A chair or two would have been nice but we were able to bring the kitchen chairs out so again, not a big big deal.
-Again, an assumption on my part that there would be a grill at the house but there was no grill on the listing. Would be great to have one as many VRBOs in tahoe do.
-Not all the windows have screens on it and we didn't pay attention and had a lot of mosquitoes in the house the first night.
All in all I would stay at this home again with my family. Everything mentioned above are suggestions for improvement but nothing that was SUPPOSED to be there per the listing. Given the cost, location and space, I would recommend this home to other families!
