Overall property was beautiful, rooms were adequate in size for 8 guests with each having adjoining bathrooms. Loved that the kitchen was well stocked with appliances & all cooking needs.

Heaven on the hill
Our stay was perfect. The house was beautiful and so clean. Bedrooms all spacious with great views. Chef’s kitchen was great. So many extras that you normally don’t see in rentals. Every little detail is thought of. Would love to return.

Relaxing and serene
We rented the house for a family get together and couldn’t have been more thrilled with this home! Very relaxing and spread out. We did a couple day trips but by and large we enjoyed relaxing out on the various decks of the property, catching up, playing games along with a couple evenings of s’mores. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you’d need for group dinners. Local wineries were wonderful. Great memories!

Awesome property
We had a great time as a group of 8 friends staying at the property for the weekend. The house and deck/patio are gorgeous, with lots of space for our larger group, and great views into Carmel valley. Lots of personal touches around the house and a well stocked kitchen. Property manager was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again if planning another trip to the area.

Lovely home in Carmel Valley
This was the perfect place for a family spring-break gathering. Four bedrooms, lots of outdoor space, well-equipped. The location gave easy access to hiking and restaurants. We all loved our stay among the oak trees.

Great home, very clean, responsive management
Very clean! The house has everything. The coffee was old, but we bought our own. The backyard and fence need work. The cleaning lady showed up before our checkout time. She opened the gate without informing us that she was there, which we consider "trespassing" while we are renting the home. The dogs could have been outside, and that is not a good scenario. Overall, the owners have done a great job in remodeling the house. But I do encourage them to maintain the yard a bit better. It kind of ruins the experience to have the yard look the way it does. But the view is breathtaking! And the drive to get there is soothing. I would go back again. Hopefully the weather is nicer next time. Thank you!

Beautiful Carmel Valley
This was a beautiful and perfect location, I was not aware how far up Carmel Valley went, nor was I aware of Carmel Valley Village. We loved our stay and it was perfect for the kids. Loved the kitchen. There were some minor issues, but nothing big, however, communications and response time with Marco could have been more timely. The toilet (bedroom off of kitchen) is broken and sink in master BR slow to drain. We took photos and listed areas of concerns so we would not be blamed, but did not get acknowledgment for these concerns. Overall, our stay was lovely and my family loved it. Thank you for allowing us to stay.....Charm 1. Book is misquoted, trash pick up is Tuesday morning, not Friday as indicated in your book. 2. Suggest at least (2) gate keys and/or code # listed in your book. Multi guests need a way to return to residence if going their separate ways during the day.

Perfect place for a group stay
Wonderful stay! House is located about 10-12 miles from Carmel but has many advantages: huge fenced yard, quiet neighborhood, spacious parking. House equipped with everything our party of 9 needed, including s’mores fixins, coffee, filters, biscotti, welcome bottle of wine. Multiple options for outdoor relaxing. Comfy beds. THE KITCHEN is a chefs dream and well equipped. Management available snd responsive.

As a group getting together for the first time since Covid, this property was perfect. Plenty space for 6, all amenities including an excellent kitchen and perfect outdoor side to relax in. Quiet location but close to all the tourist spots in the area. Would definitely use again.

Our family of 7 truly enjoyed our stay. We loved cooking in the well equipped kitchen and using the Traeger grill. The dogs loved playing in the huge yard. Mary Jane was very responsive when we had a problem with ants.

Weekend Getaway
The house was very comfortable and stocked with coffee (for those coffee fanatics wondering, they have Kurig and coffee pot, as well as an Nespresso machine. Lots of light with an open floor plan and plenty of room for six (could easily accommodate eight guest, if needed). Lots to do within an hours drive: hiking, shopping in Carmel by The Sea, sighting in Big Sur and Montery Bay, and on and on. Our coordinator, Marco Hassel was excellent before and after our visit - not needed during. Would have given five stars but they have an ant issue - to be fair to the ants, someone built a house on theirs, but don't leave food items out uncovered. Highly recommend this rental!
