“We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, peaceful and quiet. It is in the perfect location, and it is also well equipped and has everything we need. Communication was fast and easy, and Andy and Jen always replied quickly and made sure we settled in properly. We had a great time in this cozy house and would love to be back again!”

“Lovely property. Very central to be able to get to local attractions. Only disappointment was advise that it is the visitors responsibility to provide their own gas for outside dining, which we didn’t feel we should have to do and the inconvenience of going to the garage to exchange gas bottles. There was only enough gas for one BBQ and unable to use the outside gas heater provided which would have been nice. Everything else was excellent. ”

“Had an amazing time here with my family. We brought our 2 year old and had everything we needed here to feel comfortable. The hosts are super sweet and responsive and did everything to make us comfortable on our vacation. Will definitely rebook this place again. ”

“The house is adorable and extremely comfortable. Both my husband and I were obsessed with the bed and the amazing wrap around porch. Everything in the house is high functioning and the view to the river is beautiful. It’s a long windy drive up and down to the house but it’s worth it. Everything about the River house makes you slow down and enjoy this beautiful part of California. ”
