A nice stay.

We enjoyed the fact that it was on a farm. Lots of animals and a very good vege garden. A little hard to find as we were told to travel 5 miles to the turnoff and our car said it was only 3 miles.

Absolutely beautiful location, stunning views and walks. The cottage we stayed in was perfect for two people, good size and everything we needed in there. The owners were lovely and very friendly, lots to do as a family with the kids getting involved in helping around the farm etc. Lovely relaxing weekend which was helped by the weather.

Beautiful cottages on a working small farm

We always enjoy our stay at these cottages. Very welcoming and accommodating people. Can't wait for my next visit when I am hoping to take our family who are going to love the farm and the farm animals.

Top cottage , great welcome

Welcoming couple, lovely clean cottage. Very comfortable Would highly recommend. Our friends visited and also liked it. We Stayed 2 nights for a local wedding.

Not five star - attitude of owner poor

The place was lovely a bit the owner was so unhelpful and rude. We arrived for reception before the 7 deadline only to have to wait an hour for them to turn up. This was worse because thought we had booked a twin room/family room but it turned out to be a double room, So we asked it we could have a mattress as there were two rooms but the owner just offered us another room if we paid for it. My friend had to sleep on mats on the floor, she cut her foot because there was glass in the mat on the living room floor. We were later leaving because we had to repack our camping gear she slept on and the frying pan was so bent it was slow cooking breakfast ( we couldn't t afford the cottages one). We might have overlooked these things but the owner sulked and told us off for being half an hour late leaving and refused to give me a receipt. didn't t even show me price he was charging.

Great peaceful spot.

Lovely location. Very peaceful. If you want to switch off for a few days and relax in your own little rural space then Bronhaul Farm is the place. Owners genuinely friendly and welcoming.

Top class, home from home

I love staying here. Peaceful environment, friendly owners and comfortable, well equipped accommodation. I only stayed 2 nights, I wish it was longer. I also was unable to take advantage of their own produced farm products, next time I most certainly will.

Perfect in every way

We had a short stay ending 2017 and seeing in the New year. The coach house was just a perfect combination of a traditional feel ,spacious for three adults with modern kitchen and bathroom. I travel a lot and can honestly say it takes something special for me to find no fault at all. The hosts are friendly and gave us a warm welcome and the location extremely tranquil. We will return for sure.

Home away from home!

Our second stay at Bronhaul cottages, and this time we were assigned to a different cottage from the first stay. A little larger, but just as beautiful and comfortable. Very well equipped, nice and warm, and excellent views. We were even entertained with a morning chicken parade each day outside. Colin and Angie are very pleasant hosts and the whole stay was just very relaxing. A great place to stay and I know we'll be back.

Cosy cottage in a peaceful location

We've stayed at the cottage before and would definitely recommend it. the location is convenient, it's lovely and peaceful and the cottage has every facility. The owners are really welcoming, the last time we went there was some lovely welsh cakes and a bottle of milk provided. Have already booked to go again.

A warm, friendly and very comfortable cottage

We stayed three days as part of a 8 week tour of England, Wales, Ireland and Scotland. On this occasion we choose a place a little out of town in a farm / village environment. The warm welcome not only by the host but also by their children and others made us feel very welcome. Our host showed us through the cottage and gave us appropriate advice on the equipment and place. The cottage lacked for nothing it was comprehensive in terms of the facilities and equipment. Also the notes and advice were warm in tone and indicated the sensitivity of the host to the environment. When we had queries they readily responded and provided advice of good places to visit within the vicinity of the farm, locally and more widely in the region. The condition, cleanliness and comfort could not be faulted. We were disappointed that we were not staying longer. Overall it was excellent and my love for a rural environment was a real bonus. I would add that it is a great place as a base for touring in the local and surrounding area and Carmarthen has more to it than initially meets the eye. All in all a great experience.

A beautiful little cottage in an ideal location.

A fantastic cottage in a location well suited for local tourist trips - 1/2 hour to a local Red Kite feeding, 1 hour to Skomer, 25 minutes to the south coast and easily accessed from the A40 meaning getting there is a doddle. The wildlife on hand is simply amazing and the only complaint we had in the whole trip is being woken up by a woodpecker in the dawn chorus - which frankly was really a bonus. The hosts were delightful and we ate some of the home made produce (sausages and eggs) and were delighted with them. The facilities were perfect, clean and well suited to an even longer visit. There is a dishwasher (noisy - so perhaps use in the day, not night time like we did duh!), an oven, fridge etc...a dining table and a small TV. I don't think we could have asked for more on a small trip to Wales. We had a great time!
