La suite está totalmente amueblada, y la cocina est�� totalmente equipada. Ofrecemos ropa de cama y toallas de playa. También tenemos sillas de playa, sombrillas, tablas de surf, juguetes de arena y 2 tablas de surf que se comparten con otros inquilinos.

No hay alfombras, solo lujosos pisos de porcelanato. Contadores de cuarzo de losa, duchas de lluvia Hans Grohe europeas, lavadora y secadora en la unidad. ¿Mencionamos la sala de juegos? Pinball, videojuegos, futbolín y tejo.

La suite Wave (2 dormitorios / 2 baños) se puede alquilar de forma independiente o combinada con la suite Wind (1 dormitorio / 1 baño) para crear una suite de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños.

Excelente ubicación: no estamos "cerca de Carlsbad" y "cerca de la playa". Estamos en Carlsbad AT the Beach. Wave in Carlsbad
We spent 5 days / 4 nights recently at the Wave vrbo. It was exceptionally clean throughout and was available a tad early for us. We had the opportunity to meet the property managers who made us feel extremely welcome. I have just a couple rather immaterial suggestions…add tissues, sugar packets, and creamers to your list of what you offer. I believe they would have been given to us if we’d asked about them, but we were too lazy to bother the managers with rather insignificant items. We found small quantities at local stores.

Great spot to relax.
My family and I loved this place and already have plans to return in the future. This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in and the layout is simple but functional. The manager was sweet and helpful from day 1. We couldn't get the AC units to work correctly and she came right over and showed us how to use the remotes. Her exact words to us were, "I want you to be comfortable" and that was awesome because we were the entire time. The game room is such a cool feature especially when you need to pass the time for the teenagers to wake up lol. Thank you for making our trip very nice.

We love the area. So easy to walk to the village area and beach! They had all the necessities on site for us to be able to do laundry and wash bottles which was important for us with our 6 month old! We had an awesome stay!

Great location!
A block from the beach, and about a 1/2 mile walk to town. Well-stocked kitchen and large refrigerator. The game room was a plus! Quiet. The manager was super nice and helpful. One thing to be aware of: there is frosted glass on the doors to the bedrooms, and light from outside the unit comes in, so pack a sleep mask.

Summer Fun!!
This is an amazing property!!! We stayed for 8 days in the lower 2 bedroom unit. It is a very nice modern comfortable place. Very clean upon arrival, check in process & entry was seamless. The unit is well stocked w/ everything you could need or want (paper towels, soaps, TP, body wash, trash bags). Plenty of dishes and cook ware. The beds were comfortable w/ lots of pillows. They also provide an air mattress that is quite comfortable & stays inflated!! Location is hard to beat for the price, neighbor hood is quiet & clean w/ a 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants, shops etc... One bonus for us was all the beach gear they provide like chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards & very large beach towels. They also provide 2 parking spots. We reccommend nothing larger than a sedan as the parking in the drive way can be a bit cramped. They property manager was very friendly and promptly replied to all inquiries. We will absolutely be staying again!!

SWELL TIME!
COVID-19 ruined our annual Hawai'i trip...WAAAAAAHHHHH!!! Since hubby and I had time off, we decided to do something a little bit local, but far enough to feel like we were away from Orange County. So, we traveled south to Carlsbad. We packed up the kids and headed to the 2 bed 2 bath Wave unit in the Swell building. We were fortunate to be given early check in. Self check in was a breeze with the emailed instructions. Super cool feature: ELECTRONIC LOCKS! I felt like I was using The Force every time I waved my hand in front of the lock. There is a shed full of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, a couple of soft top surfboards, umbrellas, and I think some canopies. Barbecues have dedicated gas lines. Oh, there's a game room! We got my son off the electronics long enough for a spirited game of foosball...the game room also includes Ms Pacman, an old school pinball machine and shuffleboard. There is also an outdoor shower with HOT WATER that my surfer dude relished. Speaking of hot water...on day 2, hubby went out for dawn patrol. When he came back from his early AM surf, he was looking forward to a hot shower. Our shower would not heat up! The other shower and every faucet in the unit ran hot water, but for some reason, our bathroom shower did not. I texted property management, they promptly replied, came in an hour to verify my findings, and sent a plumber to make repairs. Thank goodness for the in-unit washer and dryer. I threw in a beach towel in the dryer to defrost my hubsicle. Great management, awesome property. We hope to check out their other rentals! We appreciate the amenities and know we'll be taken care of should the need arise.

Renter Beware
To begin, the property is nice, and it is clean but that should be a given, still it was nice to have a clean place to stay. But. The manager who I communicated with was not helpful, in fact her emails conveyed a lack of interest in answering my questions which continued even after we checked in. When you look at the pictures there are a few that are a bit misleading. Pic 14/20 shows and ocean view which is laughable, the Wave Suite has zero ocean view, just a view of the stairs and houses across the street. In fact that picture was taken from the second story from the West end of the building, no other suite in this entire building has an ocean view. Also, the pic of the garage is a bit misleading, all garages are open to each other so if you want to keep any valuables in there (bikes for example) you should know that anyone can open their garage and ride off. Furthermore they never change the garage code so ANYONE from the past can stop by and take what they want which defies what any rational person would do; how is this safe? Last but certainly not least and the biggest reason I gave this such a low rating was the noise inside our suite from the suite on the second floor. I specifically asked them when I first contacted them, "How is the noise from above?" Can you hear guests from above? She replied, "This is an old apt. building, super well built, you will not be disturbed." LOL. You can hear EVERY SINGLE STEP, adult, child, it doesn't matter, back and forth, back and forth over and over again. It amazes me that people can relax with that going on. If you don't mind hearing every footstep above at all hours, and you don't mind a view of the stairs, this is a great place to stay. We will not be back.

Great Family Getaway!
Wonderful condo! Three minute walk to the beach and the storage shed has everything you could ever want for a fun day at the beach! Perfect for those who want to cook in because the kitchen is well stocked and there are several grills! The location couldn't be better, quick walk to the village. The game room is fun for all ages:-)

Modern, clean and perfect location
We had such a great week at this place. We were two blocks away from the beach. Ten minutes away from the downtown. It was perfect with our teenagers - they could hang out in the game room, grab some of the beach equipment or use the "very fast" Wifi. High end kitchen and very good laundry. Not a thing that we'd change!

We had the best time! We had everything we needed and the place was nicely remodeled. The game room was so much fun and the brand new air mattress was perfect for the girls to have a sleep over. Walking distance to the beach, downtown Carlsbad and the train station was awesome. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys were great too! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Here are the pros and cons and as you can tell overall it heavily favors pros Pros Nice property in a good neighborhood Air conditioning in all rooms Well equipped kitchen and full range of appliances Convenient electronic locks Great bathroom shower Great beds and bedding, reminiscent of the Marriott Very well stocked beach supplies room including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, surfboards, coolers, toys Outdoor shower Private parking garage and driveway Available parking on the street Nice flat panel TVs in both bedrooms and family room with Direct TV Wifi works great Fast and friendly response from owners regarding issues Cons The faux leather fabric on the family room couches is peeling off. Time for replacement A couple of light bulbs out in dining area A slow draining sink in one bathroom All in all, a very pleasant experience and a property I would not hesitate to use again Thank you!
