Review of Our Wonderful Vrbo Experience**
We recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Vrbo property, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, which allowed us to fully embrace the coastal vibe.One of the highlights of our stay was having bikes available for us to explore the area. Riding along the scenic paths and discovering hidden gems was an unforgettable experience. It truly made our trip special.Another memorable aspect was the deck where we spent countless evenings. Watching dolphins play in the water from our own little slice of paradise was a magical experience. The sunset views were breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of our stay.The property itself was well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had a fantastic time.Overall, our Vrbo experience exceeded all expectations. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories! We enjoyed our stay! Place could use some items and some items listed in pic on line were not included such as a bbq. Internet didn’t work for 3 days, had a problem with ants all over main level and lower level of house, kitchen needed some basis supplies such as a spatula. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I messaged property manager prior to our arrival as we were traveling from Az about beach equipment such as chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, towels etc because the pic on line showed all that in the garage and we didn’t want to bring all that with us if we didn’t need to, the property messaged me back saying this rental has none of that stuff I messaged again stating it was shown in photos on line and several of the reviews said they had it, still was told no they didn’t have any of that stuff, so we brought all that with us from Az and when we arrived the garage was full of beach equipment so we we’re thankful but wish the person I spoke with actually knew bc I specifically asked about it and was told no so we packed all ours and in fact didn’t need to. Pots and pans were dirty when we got there and went to cook, coffee pot is a little tricky if not put in right it leaks all over counter, sink sprays all over no option for stream just spray, these are some of the things we noticed, but overall enjoyed our time. Thank you

Better than San Diego
Our family of 5 absolutely loved this place! We we were headed to San Diego for college visits and a One Republic concert and decided to stay up north where it's safer than downtown and less crowded than La Jolla. Wow.....This was better than even the listing. Bikes, boogie boards, bunkbeds, modern, clean and directly accross from a mile long perfect sandy beach with wonderful waves. It also really is a short walk to all the resaurants and shops in downtown Carlsbad! We would choose this on any trip going back to San Diego.

Easy beach access
My family of 5 stayed here over July 4th week. The townhouse is situated across the street from Tamarack Surf beach in Carlsbad; uncrowded, no rocks, and just a great beach which took about 1 minute to walk to. Lots of fireworks displays too over the holiday! We loved the primary bedroom small balcony located on the top floor which faces the ocean. It was a shame the other large balcony, which faces East, is only accessed thru the primary bedroom so we didn’t use it. The home was as advertised, but needed a better cleaning, as there was sand, some dirty hand towels and a lipstick on the floor in the primary bedroom when we arrived. There are many stairs and this proved only an annoyance for a member of our group who had a broken leg and used crutches. Parking was great with a garage and an extra space. We would definitely return and recommend.

Beautiful, but could of been better!
Beautiful condo! Perfect location! Garage and toys are awesome! Needs better toiletries ( one ply tp, paper towels, no kleenex) and there are limited kitchen items. No storage bags, foil, etc. Needs more detail to cleanliness, dusty and the walls were kinda dirty. Screens were tore up. Washer makes the whole house smell like mildew and it stinks. Vacasa did offer to clean the unit, I declined because it wasn't imperative at that time. Other than that, it's a really nice space! Very pretty! Views are spectacular! We loved our stay!

The Beach
This is a lovely home which is just across the street from the beach with no obstruction of your view. The access to the beach is easy and there is an upper walkway along the beach, a lower walkway, and of course the beach. Sunsets were awesome. The town of Carlsbad is close and easy to get to. There are three bedrooms, one on garage floor which sleeps three, one on kitchen floor which sleeps three and the master bedroom on the upper floor. There are two bathrooms one on the kitchen floor and one with the master bedroom. We did fine with four teens and two adults. WI-FI and TV were provided. There are many steps so this home is not for anyone who cannot navigate steps.

Clean, well decorated property directly across the beach. Very much as advertised.
The only complaint is that the instructions for entry were poorly written and the code for the keypad was listed as the code for the lockbox and vise versa, which made for a frustrating start to our visit. Similar situation with the WiFi instructions. Overall, a lovely home and we would visit again.

Charming and relaxing
Great little town home across the street from the ocean, there is road noise during the day but at night it wasn’t a problem at all with sleeping. Location is about .8 miles from the Village of Carlsbad for food and shopping, wonderful ocean views and literally a 3 min walk to the sand. The property was well equipped with beach games, chairs, 2 beach cruisers which was impressive. Overall me and my adult son had a wonderful time and I would definitely stay here again!!

Great place in a great location
The place was perfect for our family of 4, and you can walk to the village within 10 minutes. The beach entry across the street is a huge plus, and there are public restrooms near the beach entrance as well. We would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to have a memorable beach vacation!

Gorgeous views close to village
Spent a long weekend at this property and it did not disappoint! Check was very easy. Very clean, well appointed. Loved that we had use of the garage to park our car. We used the bikes to ride to the village and along the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with what you need for basic meals. We stayed upstairs in the main suite which was very comfortable and the adjoining bath was perfect. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this property. One thing to note... there are lot of stairs in this home not a problem for us but may be an issue for others.

Perfect few days!
We were so happy with this condo. Location was great! Across from beach and just a 10 minute walk to town. I was slightly concerned it might be a bit loud as it’s located right on Hwy 101 but it actually really quieted down each evening for restful sleep and during the day it was lively and fun to see everyone out and about. It was a great stay for our group of five. Two adults in master , two teenagers in one bunk room snd teenage boy very happy in downstairs bedroom. We would absolutely stay here again. .
