Amplio y moderno apartamento a nivel de jardín con techos altos ubicado en el corazón del centro de Carbondale. ¡Disfruta cocinando en tu cocina completa o caminando a todos los maravillosos restaurantes que esta hermosa ciudad tiene para ofrecer! Este espacio está ubicado directamente frente a Sopris Park, un gran parque que alberga muchos eventos durante todo el año, y a una cuadra de Main Street en Carbondale. ¡Ofrecemos dos bicicletas de crucero para que disfrutes de la ciudad!

Este espacio de una habitación y un baño es perfecto para dos y también puede acomodar a niños pequeños y bebés que duermen en un paquete y jueguen por un pequeño cargo adicional. Disfruta de una cocina completa, sala de estar con TV, comedor, espacio en el escritorio, dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio y un baño moderno. Todo lo que pueda necesitar para la estadía perfecta, ya sea para trabajar, visitar a familiares y amigos o para unas vacaciones. El espacio ha sido completamente remodelado y recientemente insonorizado para eliminar el ruido de la casa de arriba. Great place to stay!
Property was clean. Great location and in walking distance to everything in town. Was informed fridge had stopped cooling just before our arrival and a minni fridge was put in its place. Fridge was replaced the next afternoon at no inconvenience to our group. If staying in Carbondale this property is a great option!

This is our second stay at this wonderful Carbondale location. We gave it five stars both times. The location is excellent, very walkable to downtown Carbondale. It’s also comfortable and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend it!

lovely, spacious, charming spot
This apartment is truly a lovely spot. It has a great location, and, is situated with understated charm and welcoming additions. It is full sized, so, it has very high and spacious ceilings, just not a lot of sunlight. For our purposes it worked well since we were away during the day times. It was quite a comfortable spot to rest at night after a full day outdoors.

Great place
This gem is situated at a great location, walking to main street, easy drive to ski resorts, everything inside has been updated, comfortable beds and sitting area. As a basement unit, you should expect some noise, at the same time it is very minimal while we were there. A great rental also needs a great management team to provide communications that are timely, clear, actively listening (asking the right question to understand the underlying issues), respect diverse opinions, and mostly address what is important to the customer. The management team for this unit has succeeded in providing great communications, after booking, during the stay, and after departure. I appreciate the effort the management team put in for this. Only thing that I would love to see in this unit is adding a washer and dryer. A week of skiing without clean clothes was a bit of a challenge for us.

Wonderful Carbondale Stay
You’re in for a lovely stay at this Oasis in Carbondale. Comfortable and roomy with all the conveniences of home. Enjoy walking to all the shops and restaurants. If you like to ride bikes, the bike trail is easy to access.

Really nice and dog friendly!!
My mom, sister, and I had a wonderful reunion vacation in Carbondale. We could bring our 2 dogs-thank you! Unit was bright, clean, and great location-walking distance to downtown and close to other fun destinations. Only thing missing was a decent sized outdoor space for hanging out. It’s a basement apartment which was fine-but it would have been nice to be able to hang out outside. Met our needs—we enjoyed it!

GREAT kitchen! Cooked all our meals there. I enjoyed the older neighborhood next to park, walking around looking at older houses. Although this apartment was in the basement, the lighting was bright and well-placed, so I found it delightful to stay there. AND, the price was quite affordable, a double plus!

Clean, great location
We had a very nice stay at this property. While I didn’t realize it was a basement apartment and was disappointed about that at first, it didn’t really matter as we spent very little time there during the day. The property is in a perfect location to Carbondale shops, parks and restaurants. It was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and shower was really nice. Checkin was easy and property managers were great to work with. We would stay here again.

Inflexible Property Management
We were not able to stay at the property due my wife's respiratory issues because of smoke from forest fires in the area and other states. We had gone to another area with similar air quality to Carbondale and she had breathing difficulties and had to make a hasty retreat back home. Eight days prior to our planned arrival we notified the management company for the property that we would not be staying and asked them if they could find a way to provide any refund. They said they could not. This included the cleaning fee which would not be needed. We had hoped they could remarket the property and provide a little bit of relief. We did not expect a full refund. Even a token amount would have been appreciated. Instead they twice charged for the security deposit. Once before the planned arrival and then again a day after the planned departure after the previous charge was reversed. They have said they will refund the second charge in a week. The insurance they suggested we should have gotten would not cover for an issue that might occur. We cannot recommend this property or any others managed by Cactus Vacations because of their pitiful and inflexible customer service. They have ways they do things and they cannot be changed. Definitely do not plan to stay there if you have respiratory issues during fire season, even if there may be fires out of state. The smoke from California and Oregon goes directly into Colorado. The ratings on the property itself are low because we don't know what the property is like as we did not stay there.

Great location
Carbondale itself is so cute and this house is walking distance to Main Street. We also went to Glenwood Springs and Aspen / Maroon Bells and the location of this house made it easy to do everything we wanted to do! Will definitely be back.

Comfortable and Great Location
We had a really lovely time staying in this basement level condo. It's a very comfortable, private and modern space. The temp in Carbondale was 85-90 a few days we were there, but the space always stayed really nice and cool. Our only concern was with the metal grate stairs down to the unit. They're really sharp and our dog couldn't walk down them. We ended up using paper bags to cover half of each stair tread so she wouldn't cut her paws. There's also a really nice park across the street, but dogs aren't allowed in most of the parks. We were able to find other green spaces to hang out though, and there are several great hikes in the area too. We were also able to easily walk to Main St to pick up some amazing food at Peppino's and Bonfire Coffee. Overall, we had an amazing time in Carbondale, and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Great 17th anniversary!!
This space was great for our anniversary trip. Carbondale is the quintessential mountain town with lots of open space and places to eat for even the pickiest of eaters. The property itself is 5 minutes or less walking time to everything in the heart of the town. It's just recently been completely remodeled and is beautifully done! High compliments on that aspect!! There were a couple of things that I thought maybe should be added/mentioned to their property description though. While this property does allow pets, there wasn't a great outdoor place for our dogs, so we had to trek over to the dog park 2-3 times a day so they could stretch their legs and do their business. They also don't allow you to leave them, even for a short period, neither out on their little patio area that is gated, or inside, unless crated so be prepared to take your dogs with you everywhere if you go out. I didn't see this in the initial description until we'd already booked our non-refundable stay, so this is just an FYI. We made due just fine, but it's nice to know these things ahead of time. They don't offer a washer/dryer, or iron, so make sure to pack well and plan ahead if you need to do any laundering. None of these are complaints, just information. My husband and I loved staying here and we will definitely keep this one on the list when we're back in this area. Thanks for an amazing trip!
