“This house was just perfect for our family vacation. It was clean, easy to find and right on the beach. Cherise was easy to communicate with and checked in to be sure our stay was going well. “Very nice overall. You must be able to climb stairs. Nice amenities; we enjoyed reading in the sun by the pool, walking on the beach... Car-port was just about too narrow for our full-sized truck. An unexpected (but apparently planned) power outage of a few hours took us a bit by surprise. But no damage done. We would certainly come again ... but might seek "handicapped accessible"!”

“This property is even better than the listing! It is roomy and had everything we needed for cooking and playing at the beach. For my group with two teenage boys and three teenage girls, it provided separate spaces to prevent conflict as well as wonderful master suite for the adults to relax. The location is perfect with beautiful sunset views and proximity to St Joe's State Park. In addition, all of the other residents/visitors of the complex were very friendly. I would definitely stay here...
