Esta lujosa villa de 4 dormitorios se encuentra en una de las mejores ubicaciones de Cape Coral. El lote de 15028 pies cuadrados se encuentra justo en el amplio canal y el lanai tiene una exposición sur perfecta donde puede disfrutar tanto del sol como de la hermosa vista TODO el día. Estás a solo 10 minutos de disfrutar de algunas de las playas más hermosas del mundo como Ft Myers, Sanibel y Captiva. El gran lanai tiene una hermosa piscina, una cascada, una bañera de hidromasaje y un amplio comedor. 

El comedor al aire libre y las tumbonas son nuevos a partir de la primavera de 2019.

Esta villa tiene un muelle nuevo y muy espacioso, con una zona de estar y tumbonas. Disfruta de la increíble vista sobre este amplio canal Justo al lado del agua. El elevador tiene un bote Regal de 27 pies para su acceso rápido al Golfo de México y las playas de Fort Myers y Sanibel. 

El Regal 2600 Bowrider ofrece un diseño de casco de alta tecnología con una cabina abierta. Es una embarcación deportiva ágil con un diseño que puede acomodar fácilmente hasta 12 invitados. 

Con 27 pulgadas, tiene espacio suficiente para invitar a una larga lista de amigos para divertirse al sol, entretener a la familia o un espacio de pesca amigable que realmente grita en el agua. La cabina cuenta con un banco de popa en forma de U, barra húmeda con refrigerador extraíble de 8 galones y asiento de timón ajustable de doble ancho. 

La Villa ofrece en total 5606 pies cuadrados, 2746 pies cuadrados con aire acondicionado, cuatro habitaciones, tres ba��os, una gran sala de estar y comedor, una cocina totalmente equipada, una oficina totalmente equipada y un gimnasio completo. 

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size con control remoto para su comodidad. El baño principal tiene una ducha, dos lavabos, un jacuzzi y un vestidor. El baño está separado. El segundo dormitorio principal tiene dos camas individuales. El segundo dormitorio principal también tiene un vestidor. Las habitaciones tercera y cuarta tienen camas Queen. Todas las habitaciones tienen amplios armarios y están equipadas con televisores. 

La sala de estar tiene un centro de entretenimiento en el hogar con cable / DVD que puede disfrutar en el sillón reclinable La-Z-Boy y en los ocho sitios del sofá reclinable La-Z-Boy.

Villa dolphin
Was a wonderful place and the pool was great. Great location to sanibel. Would definitely stay there again. Only issue was the trash hadn't been taken out to the curb for a while, but everything else was great....

Wonderful
The property was amazing and most everything was fantastic. It was pretty much furnished with all daily necessities. The bed/mattress in bedroom 3 was hard and rolled when you moved, and the TVs did not have any channels in the 2nd master and 3rd bedroom, so they were unusable for watching TV. Other than those couple of issues, the stay was wonderful.

Beach Vacation
Smashed bugs on bathroom floor so it clearly hadn't been cleaned. Master bedroom doesn't cool down like the rest of the house and smells like rubber from the attached gym. Remotes didn't have batteries, patio light didn't work, most of the dock lights were out. Location was great to get to several beaches and grocery stores.

The house was very nice, spacious and clean Pool area is very nice and a beautiful view The pool instructions were confusing and i had to call the property manager and she very nicely walked through the instructions We did not see any kayaks as it said on the site when i booked it Also there are 2 very small tv's in 2 of the bedrooms that hardly work There is no cable on them and we were short remotes in them also It was annoying We also felt that there were not enough towels in the house and there was only one beach chair for 7 people There is also a broken cabinet in the kitchen If you are going to stay here bring towels and your own beach supplies with you The home itself is roomy and there was plenty of space for 7 people

Great place for a quiet getaway
Location was great if you don’t mind driving everywhere. No transit systems to speak of therefore everyone drives everywhere! Neighbourhood was quiet, house was clean, fridge wasn’t fully useable due to lack of shelves and non functioning drawer in the freezer. All in all a great place for a quiet getaway. Drove times were too long though.

Wonderful Accommodations!
This home was beautiful! Lots of extras like a garage for the car, pool toys, plenty of extra towels, extra garbage bags, an extremely well appointed kitchen. And much more. It was very clean as well. And had plenty to do - gorgeous pool, bikes, fishing off deck, ping pong, work out room and more. Our host was responsive and very accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Location Location Location!
This home exceeded our expectations. The view, lanai and pool were the highlights. Large wide canal view will have you in awe. Plenty of room for 8. The management company was helpful and attentive. If you want a classy, quiet, elegant neighborhood then this rental is for you. Beautiful tree lined or shall I say palm tree lined streets. The house was very roomy and clean. Some minor noticings was that the patio furniture needs some updating due to rips on the seats by the dock chairs and lounge chairs. The bbq did not work for us. The management company attempted to fix it but they were not able to fix it so we were not able to bbq. Also, bike tire was flat so we were only left to use two bicycles. These issues did not interfere with our stay and did not deter from enjoying this wonderful accommodation.

Very spacious and clean but dated and needs some repairs
We loved the amount of space for 5 people in bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. Kitchen was stocked with adequate pans/utensils/plates for cooking. Pool was clean and maintained with a sealed screen room, lots of supplies in the garage, outer deck was nice. TVs had cable in master and living room only. Other three rooms did nothing unless you connect to WIFI and use your own services. Manager was responsive to issues. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. 1. Master- fine but shower handle was broken off, door wont really close on shower- reported it 2. Second master- apparently two twins but they were pushed together to appear as a king but would not stay together for sleeping, no cable on tv but remote and box were present 3. Freezer did not make ice for 2 days even after checking and adjusting. Fridge did not get very cold and temp kept rising up even after adjusting. 4. Spa has air bubbles only but no jets so that was disappointing. Takes about 30 minutes to get warm and stays warm. Overall we liked it for the space but it is very dated with some minor issues.

A pleasant trip
Did our family trip this year to the house and absolutely enjoyed it. The house was beautiful- the kids loved the pool. Everything you needed to entertain the family was at the house. The only downfall (but had nothing to do with the house) was the traffic and the beach is a good drive. When you go to the beach be prepared to pay a good amount for parking

Great stay in the sunshine state
I’m going to start by saying this home is exactly as advertised. The reviews are pretty spot on. The positives outweigh any of the negatives by 100%. The house itself is a great setup in a quiet very nice neighborhood. Close to plenty of great restaurants and right around the corner from the Westin. Publix is close by as well. The furnishings are exactly as advertised. Kitchen is stocked adequately with decent dishes and cookware. The lanai is a perfect spot to hang out even on rainy days. The large table and chairs are perfect for any meal. We saw manatees almost every day and caught snapper and snook right off the dock. ( Caught and released ) The deck down by the water is fantastic. The table and chairs are older and weathered. We simply carried a few of the loungers down to enjoy some much needed vitamin D. We had a burrowing owl perched on the security camera out front every day. We enjoyed observing him. We had communication with the property manager a few times and every item was addressed in a timely fashion. My only complaint would be we were never able to get the hot tub warm. I called the property manager and she sent over the pool people. He came out… fiddled with a few things and left without saying anything. I suspect he’s been called often based on previous reviews. I would’ve preferred the listing state that it doesn’t work vs wasting my time trying to get it going. It didn’t ruin anything for us… but can see that people would be disappointed. Pool was nice. We only used it a day or two due to cool weather. Yes, there were some loose pavers in the lanai. Again.. not that big of a deal. The shower door in the master does not close right and the grout could use a deep clean. We did have some teeny tiny ants get into some food left on the counter. I suggest not leaving any food on the kitchen counters. Pest control people came while we were there just for regular maintenance. A couple days later, we saw the ants. It’s Florida…..lots of creepy crawlys. I don’t believe it’s because of any neglect by the property owner. Overall, we had a great month and would definitely consider renting again.

Girls Week
Nice property in a beautiful neighborhood with a wonderful canal view. Plenty of space for our group of six women. Spacious kitchen and living room, with two large tables for us to sit at and enjoy meals and games together. The beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for all of us to share. We enjoyed the pool but the hot tub never got warm enough to sit in. Furnishes and a little tired and could use some updating, particularly the set down on the dock. Pool area needed a good power washing and some of the tiles were loose. None of that deterred us from having a wonderful time and the property manager , Erin, was very attentive to anything we needed. We would return here again.

As advertised......
Overall this home was as advertised. It could use some updating but not horribly outdated. We did have a few (2-3) roaches staying with us throughout the week. The pool area is wonderful as well as the dock area. There are a lot of beach toys in the garage as well as bicycles, skateboards & ping pong. The access to the gulf is wonderful. We rented a boat for 3 days as the boat at the home was unavailable. It only took 15 minutes to go through the canal to the open waters. I would have given this a 5 star but the roaches kept me from that. Something should be done about that. Property manager was prompt on all responses. Overall I would recommend and would come back.

Great Family Vacation House
The living area space is awesome for large groups, they have a lot of extras in the garage which is convenient. The hot tub did not get hot during our stay which was disappointing but the overall pool was enjoyable. The pictures of the dock do not do it justice, great space to enjoy the views and store a boat. Location and proximity to Sanibel Island by boat is amazing. Overall great space for family vacations.

We rented the house with another family (8 people total) We enjoyed a week at the property, spending most of the time outside, by the pool or hot tub. We rented a boat, which was delivered and picked up from the house. That was extremely convenient, and easy access to the gulf. Unfortunately the boat in the pictures is not working/available. The layout of the house is nice and spread out. It is dated, and could use some updating. I've stayed in several VRBOs, and the provided supply here was the least of them. We weren't even provided extra toilet paper (with the pandemic, can't find either...thankfully we had brought some) or garbage bags. Provided us 4 dishwasher pods, and 4 laundry soaps, and a few dryer sheets. Once again, not enough for 8 people, 1 week, including Thanksgiving. There were no spices or cooking spray, except for salt & pepper. Those could easily be provided. Kitchen could also include - muffin tins, or more plates. We had to run the dishwasher after every meal. Overall, it's a good place, and I would suggest you pack more supply, if staying here, so you're not shopping for everything.

First vacation booked with VRBO
This was our first time booking with VRBO so we were a little nervous about the whole process, but everything was very streamlined, and we had no trouble at all. The house is very nice, and is just as described in the listing. The pool and hot tub are nice, especially for the kids, and the hot tub heats up very quickly. (did not try the pool heater) Very quiet area, and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely come back again.

Very Nice property
The house accommodated my family very well - everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We really enjoyed the open main living space and all the doors out to the lanai. It was clean upon arrival and was equipped with everything that we needed. The dock area was quite large, well kept and excellent place to watch sunrises and sunsets. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star review is that some the floor tiles and grout around the pool need attention and there were weeds growing between tiles on one end of the lanai. Other than that, this was a wonderful property.
