VACACIONES en esta hermosa y espaciosa casa de Cape Coral justo en el canal. Beba su café de la mañana con una vista de veleros a la deriva hacia el río Caloosahatchee en el Golfo de México. ¡Tienes un muelle ubicado en la puerta de atrás! Alquile su propio barco que le ofrece la libertad de montar esas olas a su gusto.

Amantes de la playa ... Enamórate a la orilla del agua, el Parque Comunitario The Yacht Club ubicado a un par de cuadras de tu casa en la playa. Camine o ande en bicicleta a una pintoresca playa de arena que ofrece una experiencia de club al aire libre con palmeras, rayos de sol, excelente comida, bebidas y, a veces, un DJ o una banda. Todos pueden disfrutar de un día divertido en la playa desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer.

Descanse y relájese en un lanai privado con mosquitero que alberga una piscina de agua dulce sin abandonar las vistas del canal. Abastezca el Tiki Bar con bebidas a solo unos pasos de la piscina.

this is the message that I received, hours after leaving the property Tom ( Hello Mayelyn, Wondering what happened to the frame of the dishwasher? We've never had that happen before. I don't understand your question, we don't use the dishwasher Tom (Our one and only cleaning lady we've had for years found the frame of the dishwasher pulled off part of the way. 50th Birthday Get Away
We had an amazing time! The house is clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We loved being on the canal and having our own pool. The cleanest grill I’ve ever seen! Lol. We sat on the lanai around the fire pit every night. The owner Tom was very personable and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral! The location was great, very convenient to lots of restaurants and other activities we wanted to do. We loved being on the canal and the heated pool was great! Owner was very responsive before and during our stay.

Wonderful House, Pool & Location!!
This house is a fantastic option! We have made several trips to Cape Coral and the location of this house is absolutely the best! Close to downtown/restaurants, as well as easy access to the river/intercoastal/gulf waterways. The heated pool was clutch, especially since we were there during winter. It was 80 degrees the whole time (and the hot tub is actually even a bit warmer!) Really nice, big pool. Deeper in the middle but shallow on the ends, with built in seats. Fun for all ages!!Very convenient/easy to use boat dock on site. We rented from Caloosa River Boat Rental, which is only a 7minute drive/boat ride away. You can be to the gulf in 20 minutes. House is exactly as-advertised. It is an older home but has some nice updates. It's set up perfectly and is very cozy and user friendly. Check in/out was super easy and support staff was friendly and close by. We'll definitely be going back!!

Perfection with a Pool!
This was the perfect rental for our family of four. We didn’t do much cooking, but the house was well equipped for anything that you would want to make. The beds are comfortable. The living room area was great for lounging in front of the TV. Our favorite place to be was in the pool. Don’t hesitate to book.

"Bad Monkey" Break
Excellent property, location and amenities. Slight disappointment that the new A/C unit broke down while we were there - but and excellent response from host saw it "rebooted" and back up within the day PS: Also slightly disappointed that the Tiki bar on the beach by the property burned down a couple of months ago - it would have been even more special - but obviously this has nothing to do with the property or host.

My wife and I stayed here for a week of vacation. Tom, the host was very responsive to our needs. The house is super clean. It has three nice bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The pool is great. The location is close to many restaurants. This is a great house for a vacation.

Nice house on a canal
Very nice clean house. Communication with p/manager was great. Whenever we needed smth, they were there for us. Pool was cleaned 2 a week, so it didnt even have a chance to get dirty. We used it every day. We enjoyed the stay!

This is a great space. Everything you need, nice neighborhood, nice pool area, thoughtful items at the house. We walked or rode the bikes to the beach at the yacht club at least 3 times. We were quite happy with this house.

The best place ever
The house is very nice and clean, the area is one of the best on Cape Coral area, the swimming pool is clean almost every day and the duck for fishing. It’s nice to relax. I recommend this property 100% satisfied.

Baseball Weekend
We were in town for a baseball tournament my son was playing in. The house was fantastic, clean, and updated. The pool was refreshing and clean. The pool area is really nice which has an area out of the sun to relax with a fan or lounge chairs to relax in the sun. There were plenty of fresh beach towels and fresh linens. The kitchen has everything you need to to cook whatever food you bring including different spices. There are bikes to ride and a crab trap to try to catch your own dinner. We were able to do a little fishing between games, early morning high tide seems to be the most active time. The house does not come with a guarantee that you will catch fish ofcourse but its fun throwing the pole in and trying. Great place in a nice, quiet neighborhood and would definitely recommend.

MINI VACATION/cleanup
Even though we were there only to clean up the house from the hurricane, we were able to enjoy the pool and even got to see the dolphins in the canal. I will definately stay there again. The house was in a great location.

Amazing Relaxation
The owners were very hospitable and accommodating. The area is quiet. The waterfall into the pool is so relaxing whether your in the pool or heading to bed for the night. Highly recommend this Cape Coral gem!
