Cleanest gone we have ever been in. Tvs in almost every room, a paradise for parents with kids, great location close to more resturaunts than we could visit. We will rent again.

Big & Comfortable!
The house is bigger than the pictures, which was great! We all fit well and comfortable. The pool was great and lounge chairs were awesome to have on a hot sunny day! The only things that were not so great was that only 1 side of the grill was working which delayed our grilling and 1 of the bedrooms had a small ceiling fan that we can barely feel the air in the room unless you stood right under it.

Girls Trip
We had a great time at this amazing house. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We spent a lot of time in the pool and outdoor living space. The entertainment at the house was just what we needed to enjoy time together. The dishwasher was not working properly and the property manager was going to get it fixed. If you plan to cook at the house you need to check in with the property manager to see what is available. There was no paper towels, napkins, foil, baggies, salt, pepper etc. I would stay at this house again but I would ask about these things.

The house was very nice and comfortable when we stayed it was during Tropical Storm debby. These are just a few things we had issues with. The strong urine smell on the carpet in the living room and out on the back pool porch. Master bathroom sink stopper stuck, and the water wouldn't drain. There are not enough bath towels for 8 guests. There weren't any kitchen towels .

Very enjoyable time in Cape Coral
Had a very nice time at this lovely house this past 5 nights. Communications with VRBO was absolutely outstanding! House itself is nicely placed, quiet neighborhood on a canal which leads to the Gulf. The boat launch is about 12 minutes drive away, and about 35 minutes by boat. Weirdly, there is no pantry to put anything in the kitchen. Unrefrigerated groceries occupied most the kitchen island. The pool was phenomenal, and a refreshing soak on the chaise lounges in the shallow with a beer was exactly what the doctor ordered. Thank you for a very enjoyable Independence Day week.

Very clean inside and beautiful outdoor setting
Quiet neighborhood. Clean, smelled wonderful, interior was updated modern. Outdoor pool was salt water and clean. Putting green, although small was a lot of fun! Just one thing to consider is to nail down one of the boards by tiki hut area that was loose.

A must stay!
The house was one of the best parts about our vacation. We were looking for a place with amenities and where the kids could be entertained. This house was perfect. The layout of the house is awesome, plenty of space and seating. The heated pool was used every day and I loved that it was covered so we didn’t have to worry about flies or mosquitoes, etc. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. My son and husband enjoyed fishing right off the deck. (Fishing poles and bait not included) Check in/out was seamless. Beds very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great stay!
Overall had a really great stay, has everything you'd need for a VRBO. The Simpsons was a favorite arcade hit when I was a kid, and I was finally able to beat it thanks to no quarters needed! Had a little issue opening the front door upon arrival, but host took care of it quickly. Pool stayed at a really nice temperature for us. Tried to do a bit of fishing, but only caught one. Bring a putter and a few balls if you really want to practice. Would def stay there again if we came back as a family.

Awesome place!
We had our 15 year old boys with us and the place was perfect for our baseball getaway. Plenty of air hockey tournaments, video games and putting done. House was great. Clean and the location was awesome. The best part was the tiki covered dock/deck on the canal. I could sit there for hours on end just enjoying the fresh air. Would definitely rent again if/when we're out there.

Wonderful stay!
The house was in a nice community on a beautiful canal. The dock was a great space to hang out and was easily accessible by boat. It was chilly while we were there so the heated pool was an added benefit :) Plenty of space for our family of 5! The only thing it needs are more beach/pool towels and the beach chairs were mostly broken and need replaced. Property owners were responsive and check in check out was easy.

Nice house in a great location
The house was great and extremely clean! The kids loved the games inside and putting green outside. Host responded very quickly to messages. The location was also great close to everything and in a very nice neighborhood. There was an issue with the pool heater during our stay. The host refunded the heating charge which was appreciated, but we chose this property for the heated pool so that was a bit disappointing.

Beautiful home
We spent four nights in this home with our 4 young children. It was spectacularly clean upon our arrival. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The large windows and many sliding doors let in lots of natural light. I appreciated the labels on the light switches. I loved the stocked coffee bar! The outdoor pool space was beautiful and we spent lots of time fishing off the dock. My kids loved the arcade games and the air hockey table. The pool was supposedly heated, but still pretty cold. The house faces south so the pool doesn’t get sun until later in the day, and even then it’s only about half so that didn’t help with warming the poo
