Beautiful House
Our extended family booked this property for a birthday weekend celebration! The house fit everyone perfectly and having multiple levels gave everyone plenty of room to hang out. The home was VERY clean, beautifully decorated and such a nice place to stay. The walk to the beach was so short and they had everything you needed! The beds were also so comfortable. For sure we will be back!

Not the experience we where hoping for
Please keep in mind we arrived the day after hurricane Milton came thru. However, when we arrived after picking up all the tree limbs in the front and back yard and stacking it all at the curb we entered the house. No big deal i was happy to do it so kids could play in the yard. See below how that worked out. The house was very nice except the Lamanite wood flooring is popping up all over the first floor due to improper installation no vapor barrier was placed down prior to install causing the concrete slab to sweat and buckle the flooring. Several of the kids hit their toes on them to the point we had to place furniture in the areas that where worst. The yard was 90% sand spurs in the front causing adults and several kids the undeniable pain of a sand spur in your foot or leg and pants. the first child to discover the sand spurs was 2 years old and fell into them you can't understand how hard that was to deal with. For the cost of this rental, I was very disappointed in the poor quality and safety issues. also check out was 11 however the house keeping service was there around 9am. it was verry awkward packing up as she waited around for us to leave.

Exceptional!
The rental property was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and well stocked for our stay! The location was amazing, being a very quick walk to the beach, in a not-too-crowded area of the beach. Everything was easy with check in and check out, plus great parking!

Great Location, Great Price
Home is clean and spacious and in a nice, quiet neighborhood right across from the beach. Plenty of room for a large family. Very nice deck upstairs and a nice, secluded patio off the lower floor. Garage is stocked with everything you could possibly need fort the beach. We were fortunate enough to witness 2 Space X rocket launches right from the house. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the space coast!

Quiet and convenient
The as advertised property is perfectly placed with access to the beach within short walking distance and access to convenience stores and other shopping a short drive away. The house was very clean and all the amenities where available and working properly. The couch upstairs could use some TLC. Overall I highly recommend staying at this property especially with a host that was prompt with responses to questions.

The House is in excellent condition and is SO close to the beach! Clean, well appointed; the description does not do it justice. The amenities and extras are amazing - Games, large TVs, full kitchens, plus amazing toys, chairs, wagons, and such for beach days. We had nine adults and three children and could spread out & stretch out and/or spend time together as we wished. I cannot recommend this property enough. ~ it’s 10/10!

Fabulous Stay by the Beach!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family at Seaclusion! The townhome is extremely well equipped and just a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to watch a SpaceX launch during our stay right on the beach. I’d highly recommend Seaclusion if you plan to be in the Cape Canaveral area. It was also a short 10 min trip to the Cruise Terminal making easy access to catch our ship!

It’s obvious the owners took great care to think of all the comforts for a vacation. Beautiful decorated and plenty of room for our extended family! Bonus launch happened and we had a front row seat on the beach!

Family KSC trip
This house was perfect for two families to share with the split level. It was stocked to fit all of our needs. Plenty of beach equipment and the beach is a short walk. Kitchen was stocked... we cooked all our meals. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable and had everything we could have needed. The only reason I did not give it the 5 starts was because we were supposed to check in at 4:00 and the house was still being cleaned. We were able to go in but she was still there cleaning until 5:30 :-/ Also the code was not changed to my phone number like I was told it would so the side door was not Really accessible. But we used the front door. No big deal. Other than that a very lovely vacation home.

Family Seaclusion for Son's Wedding
Beautiful, updated home with room for the entire family to stay comfortably. Very clean and very cozy beds. Easy walk to the beach and good view for watching rocket launches. Beautiful peacocks in nearby neighborhoods. Our son had his wedding in nearby Titusville so we were in and out a lot so did not get a chance to enjoy the beach except for early morning walks. But the host had everything your family would need for fun on the beach. After checking out, our son realized that he had left valuable jewelry at the home. The host quickly responded and we were able to get it back. Thank you to Lauren and Jarad for making their home a part of making our son's wedding so memorable!

Great property and convenient location
We stayed in this property with our extended family, kids and adults. It was in a great location within walking distance to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded and felt safe. It was also convenient for us to drive towards NASA. The house had a wagon, Beach toys and towels for us to use at the beach. Appliances are all new and we’re working as expected. I would stay here again if I were to travel here.

Wonderful stay
This is a wonderful property that was perfect for families. The back patio, decks and outdoor spaces were the perfect place for young ones to run around. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed.
