Casa de playa recientemente renovada con patio privado, estacionamiento cubierto

Deje que el dulce aroma del arbusto de madreselva lo reciba al entrar en su propio patio privado. ¡Bienvenido a mi casa en la playa y a tu nuevo hogar lejos de casa! La casa fue completamente renovada en 2018 y está completamente amueblada. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, gabinetes renovados, tostadora, cafetera, lavaplatos y microondas. El dormitorio principal se siente como un retiro con un amplio armario. El segundo dormitorio es aún más grande y puede acomodar hasta tres con la litera. Ambas habitaciones tienen sus propias unidades de aire acondicionado, además del aire central, para que pueda dormir cómodamente en los veranos de vapor de la Florida.
La casa está ubicada en una comunidad cerrada para mayor seguridad. La comunidad tiene dos piscinas (una piscina familiar climatizada, una piscina solo para adultos), canchas de tenis, canchas de racquetball, cancha de básquetbol y tejo. También tiene acceso a un camino de playa privada mantenido por la Asociación de Propietarios. Es una caminata de 15 minutos desde la puerta de tu casa hasta el océano. Si el viento sopla en la dirección correcta, incluso puedes escuchar las olas.
La casa viene amueblada con todo lo que necesita, incluyendo un carrito de playa, toallas de playa, sillas, refrigerador, fideos, protector solar, repelente de insectos y loción para el alivio de quemaduras, por si acaso.
Su patio privado tiene una parrilla y una mesa de picnic para disfrutar del hermoso sol de Florida. En el interior encontrará dos televisores inteligentes para que tenga acceso a sus cuentas de Netflix, Hulu y HBO Go. Hay un lugar de estacionamiento cubierto directamente en frente de su unidad para mantener su automóvil fuera del sol / lluvia.
Puerto Cañaveral está a menos de 5 minutos. El centro de Cocoa Beach está a 10 minutos en automóvil. El Centro Espacial Kennedy está a solo 20 minutos. El Aeropuerto Internacional de Orlando (MCO) está a 45 minutos. Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure y Disney World están a poco más de una hora.

A welcoming home away from home
We just completed a 2+ month stay at this lovely property; our second in the last two years. Liz’s condo is well cared for, very comfortable, clean and has literally everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The private, fenced-in yard is great for evening bbqs and the covered parking is a real bonus. The owner, Liz, is great to work with. The reviews on this property pretty well describe it. We’re already looking forward to next year.

Absolutely perfect!
I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with this whole experience. We’ve stayed at a lot of properties over the years visiting our family in Florida and this has been our best experience so far. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make all of our meals. The closet had everything we needed for the pool or a beach day. Bathroom and kitchen had all the little extras you might have forgotten. My whole crew likes to be extra cool while we sleep and the air units in the bedrooms did not disappoint. Everything was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Neighborhood was nice and felt safe even after dark. All the neighbors we met on walks were nice and chatted with us. The walk to the beach was around 10 minutes and we were happy to find that the beach was never crowded. Loved that a dog crate, bed and bowls were provided so I didn’t have to lug ours along. Liz has done a fabulous job of providing everything so that all you have to bring are clothes and stop by the grocery store. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. We hope to stay again in the future.

Absolutely perfect , Liz had all the beach accessories necessary for a long day at the beach. Carport was a great asset. Liz even makes you dog feel welcome. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook just about anything, gas grill a bonus.

Everything you could ask for in a vacation condo!
My wife and I just completed a 2 month stay in Liz’s Ocean Woods condo. The condo is located in a lovely quiet court in Ocean Woods with a cozy private patio and gated yard surrounded by lush vegetation. There is private covered parking directly in front of the gate. This property and owner have consistently received the highest possible reviews from every renter. I completely agree. I could go on and on but I’ll finish by saying If you’re looking for a great vacation in Cape Canaveral you will be completely happy here. Fantastic Condo!
We had a great time here at Liz’s condo in Ocean Woods. We absolutely loved it. Everything needed for a great beach holiday is here. Liz was great and extremely helpful in anything we required. The best compliment that I can leave (after almost 8 weeks) is I don’t want to leave.

Great stay
This condo was so cute and cozy. It was clean and had everything we needed. Liz was great with responding and gave us some good suggestions for things to do. We enjoyed a rocket launch from the beautiful property beach, played basketball, swam in the warm pool and watched the peacocks on walks through the lush property.

Family Vacation
This was the perfect place for our family to take a break. We enjoyed great weather at the beach (not crowded AT ALL) and the 10 minute walk with the wagon was easy with all the provided items from chairs to buckets. We appreciated the puddle jumpers as well to use at the pool. All the residents were very friendly. The peacocks were great for our kids to see and didn't bother them in the AM since they had a noise machine though did wake my husband around 6 am. Everything you need is here. We did Disney one day with less than an hour drive so very managable. Would stay here again.

Awesome !!!
We had a blast! We love going to Cape, rocket launch, good food, special in December/January Oranges time! Cafe Monte Carlo is 20 min away great food, beach 10 minutes away beautiful ocean, and the apartment, clean, spacious all together awesome!!! You get everything you need, the only thing missing was a citrus juicer, but we brought one with us. Highly recommended.

I WISH I COULD PICK 10 STARS!!!
We have rented this property twice this year and are looking forward to many many more :). It's located in a gated community minutes from all the shopping favorites jncluding Ron Jon's surf shop. The community has 2 heated pools which averaged a nice 85°:). A short walk down a private beach access and you are at the ocean. You simply can not beat the price for a place so close to everything in this area. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. The residents in this community are very friendly and welcoming.

We had an absolute blast! The house was fantastic! The renovation is so nice and the owner really stocked the house so well, we left many things at home we didn't need because she had it at the house! The walk to the beach was perfect. The beach cart was amazing! Our kids LOVED the peacocks. We hope to be back another time!

Fun at the Beach!
Property was clean, WELL stocked, and convenient to the beach and pool! A great community with lots of friendly people. If privacy is more your speed, patio is privacy fenced for sitting out! We are regular Cape Canaveral vacationers, and this is our new location! Well worth the price and cheaper than a hotel! Loved it!!

Peacock condo
This is a great place to stay that is only 5-10 minute walk to the beach. I had young children with me and no complaints about the walk. The peacocks are awesome to have around and didn't bother us at all. The house has everything you need that a hotel does plus extras like beach gear, wagon, floaties, tennis rackets, pantry essentials, games, etc. The condo is clean and comfortable. The neighbors are nice as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location at Ocean Woods
The property was very clean and modern. It had all amenities one can hope for. Location was very convenient and close so everything, downtown Cocoa Beach, Walmart, restaurants and bars. The owner, Liz, was very helpful and was always very responsive to any inquiries we had.

Beautiful property and responsive owner
The property has recently been updated so all new paint and appliances etc. The owner went above and beyond to provide everything we needed for beach and pool for our kids- pool noodles, boogie boards, beach wagon, cooler, etc. In addition, she responded immediately to all questions and was kind enough to offer us an additional night when it looked like our flight was going to be delayed due to weather (we made it out). The association property is beautiful. It is very “old school” Florida with lots of plants and flowers. The walk to the beach was great for me and my kids: down the road and through a beautiful path. I’d say for me it was a 10 minute walk, I’m used to walking my dog. If you are NOT used to walking, like my friend and kids, it may take you longer. The only downside of this property with kids is the peacocks. It was mating season and they are LOUD which made it hard to get kids to sleep at night. We did learn to kindly spray them with water in the evening to get them to leave the trees near the condo. They are beautiful birds, but perhaps the association should consider reducing the number of them. Again, nothing the owner could really do about this. Beautiful non crowded beach and heated pool, shuffle board, tennis courts, everything you could want!

Spring Break 2021
What a wonderful little gem! This was not our first time in the Cocoa Beach area, but our first stay here and we are so thankful we found this home on vrbo! We loved the space, the amenities (bball and tennis courts, pools), the WELL stocked home.... it was everything we needed and more. We had our family of 5 (kids 13, 10, 8) and it was perfect. Will definitely be back!

Best rental we’ve ever stayed in
We’ve stayed at many rentals on vacation but none with the level of detail this place had. We had a bunch of issues with flights getting canceled so we didn’t arrive until midnight. To our surprise there was coffee, condiments, and toilet paper, among other things. The beds were super comfortable. Best we’ve slept in on vacation. This alone was amazing. We could also login and watch our shows on our streaming apps. We didn’t watch much TV ... because pool and beach. Liz, the owner, was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation stay. You won’t regret it.
