Carefree at the Cape
We had an amazing stay at the Drift house. A beautiful house with all the amenities. We spent nearly all of our time in the private pool and screened porch or at the beach! Umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, cooler and a big wagon provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Visited a few great restaurants all very close by. We are all thinking about when we can next return to this great vacation home. Thanks Adam!

Great Stay
We were in town for a baseball tournament and this house was great! Had a pool and close to the beach so we could spend some time winding down after long days of baseball. Owner was great to work with and we will definitely keep this place in mind if we are back in town!

Fantastic House!
This place was fantastic! Had everything we needed! Pool was great and just a short walk to the beach…the best of both worlds. Property owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice house, great location
Great owner with good communication. Accurate description. Wonderful location. Only drawback was the slight smell of smoke in the house (family member very sensitive) and several dead roaches/waterbugs turned upside down in rooms - clearly, they spray and bugs die, but would have been nice if they were cleaned up before we arrived. Not so bad to scare me away, but cause some family anxiety upon check in.

Wonderful Weekend
We had another fantastic stay at this property! The house comes equipped with everything needed. A short walk to the beach allowed us to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and the pool was very relaxing after a day at the beach. We definitely put the boogie boards to great use and had a blast! We hope to return for our third trip next year!

Great beach house for families
We absolutely love this house. The location the space and the pool. This is an older home with some quirks but we still enjoy it! I’m sure we’ll be back for a third time.

Very nice house in great location
It's a very nice house, with a wonderful swimming pool and nice rooms, fine decoration included. It is well equipped, with smart TVs in each room incl. YouTube TV channels. The house is clean, beds are nice, plenty of towels are available ... and having BBQ beside the pool is wonderful. The house is in great location near to the large beach, just a few walking minutes. Grocery markets, restaurants and everything needed are fast to reach by car, also Port Canaveral with some nice places (we liked Grills restaurant most where you can watch dolphins swim by). The Beachline Expressway is close to drive to Orlando or over to the gulf side. Disney and Universal theme parks are 70 minutes ride and worth a visit, also Kennedy Space Center, about 25 minutes away. If you want to see manatees in wild nature, go to Manatee Cove, about 20 minutes ride ... great place, quiet and not crowded, and you can see alligators too from time to time. Communication with Patricia and Adam was easy, they answered quickly on the few questions we had. In a nutshell: a great place we can only recommend.

The property was very nice and clean in a relaxing neighborhood. Managers were a joy to deal with and quick with responses. Quiet neighborhood close to the beach, yet close to restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay again!!!!!!

Wonderful property.
First I would like to say this is the first property that has let us check in early and we really did appreciate this seeing it was the best day of weather for us. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. Backyard is lovely. I would love to rent from them again.

Close to the Beach
This is the second house that we have rented from Adam and Patricia. Everything was great and I have no complaints. The house is just a short walk to the beach and we really enjoyed that! The house was clean and comfortable and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Side door was open upon entering the house. There was no remote for a bedroom. Pool was dirty, pool guy came to clean pool, all he did was put a chlorine tablet in. Homeowners called and accused us of smoking marijuana. We had kids and 2 health care workers with us. Will not rent from them again.

We loved the pool!
This rental was awesome! The home is older but they’ve updated it and made it super cute. It’s hard finding vacation rentals that comfortably sleep our four kids but this home was perfect. My kids really loved the pool! I appreciated the beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach towels. They thought of everything! :)

What an amazing place!
Patricia and Adam are amazing hosts. The home is spacious and comfortable and everyone loved the pool. A short walk to the beach and we were even able to see the rocket launch. Highly recommend this location and we will certainly stay again on our next trip to Cape Canaveral.

Perfect family house!
We just returned from a 7-day stay and had the greatest time! Everything you could need was stocked in the house, including boogie boards, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and a sand wagon. The pool was spacious and in direct sun. Short walk to beach that was never crowded. Super close to Cocoa beach and many delicious restaurants. Would definitely stay again!!!
