Cape Canaveral Stay 2024
We were in town for a cheer comp and I wanted to stay somewhere outside of Orlando and close to the beach. This cute little cottage was charming, private, and had ALL the amenites we were looking for. Its about a block from the beach and the pool was an amazing plus. I was traveling with my teenagers so we were a little cramped with only one bedroom but we made it work. I would definately consider coming back. I would prefer to stay in one of the larger units.

Great location!
Nice 1 bedroom, very peaceful and quiet location. Enjoyed the pool every day and it was a 5 minute walk to a very beautiful and clean beach! Erin was a great hostess thanks!

Looking for places, longer term stays.
The place is perfect for a couple. Everything I needed to stay for the week was available and worked. Easy access: to the Beach, day and night activities, the port, casino, fishing charters. Nice neighborhood to go for walks and bike ride. I'll be back next time with the misses. My only suggestion Erin & Bryon more manual effort on pool vacuuming, VS the auto pilot. All was good had a great time.

Perfect last minute getaway
When our plans fell through to get to Minnesota for the holidays because of the airline chaos, we made a last minute decision to go to Florida and found this perfect little cottage by the beach! It’s perfect for couples/small families and has everything you need to feel at home away from home :) Our cottage was right in front of the pool with a cute sun room facing it perfect for sipping morning coffee. We’ll definitely be looking to stay again :)

Great location to the beach
My husband and i loved this cottage! It was a few blocks from the beautiful and warm ocean. Loved that we could just walk out our door and into the pool. Lot of restaurants and shopping close by. Would love to come back again soon!

Lovely Spot!
We love little beach cottages like this and it was just what we needed. Pleasantly surprised :) Bath towels are amazing, beach towels could be updated. We would stay here again. The pool-side apt is the best! Loved it!

Nice little cottage,had everything.Traveled with sisters.One sister is handicapped and everything was easy access for her.Would certainly stay there again,Be sure to clean out drawers between visits because we did find a drawer with someone’s personal belongings in it.We didn’t use that drawer🤣

Super cute/nice 1 bedroom cottage. I loved that It was so clean! It was just a walk away from the beach. The cottage itself was very private. The only thing is it did get a bit warm inside. The pool was also very nice!!!! All in all a wonderful stay. Thank you so much.

A fun space and beach adventure.
An awesome cottage getaway with access to everything. This cottage is in the middle of it all and still just a couple blocks from the beach. Had a great time, and it was great coming back to our own place after a long beach day ... and not a hotel full of people. Bryan and Erin were great hosts and responded within hours to questions and suggestions throughout our stay. The only reason we gave it 4 stars was our heavy-footed neighbor in the upstairs cottage, but that's "luck of the draw" type stuff. Thanks Bryan and Erin ... will definitely recommend your home to others.

Ok but wouldn't go back
It was acceptable for the price but could have been much better with just a few improvements. A few things were not clean upon arrival which was annoying. A few things needed minor maintenance. We notified the owner and a maintenance man showed up a few days later and took care of most of the issues. The bed mattress was definitely in need of replacement. Pool was not heated so too cold to swim. It also needed resurfacing. Patio area was very nice.kitchen was well equipped.
