Amazing stay
This place was exactly how it was being marketed. The home was adorable , cozy and perfect for us It was by far the best home we’ve stayed in while in Canyon Lake and look forward to staying there again ! Thank you !

Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. The house matched the description and pictures. Our bed was comfortable, as were the linens. The amenities were also nice. Updated appliances were a plus. All in all an excellent start.

Relaxing Oasis
The House was very nice and the beds were so comfy. The outside deck was relaxing and provided a wonderful view. We had a minor hiccup with the plumbing but nothing that ruined our stay. The couches will need to be replaced soon as they are a bit worn out and I believe the house needs a good deep cleaning but overall I would definitely stay again. The ladies in my group had a wonderful time! Communication was grrat!👍

Perfect family getaway
Property was very comfortable and inviting. We had a lovely family getaway visiting Jacobs Well and Blue Hole. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked, even includes a crockpot and toaster oven. Lots of good amenities in the bathroom, lots of extra hooks to hang towels, etc. Most vacation rentals skimp on those things, but we found abundant space. The house binder had great recommendations for places to eat and hiking trails so it made our planning very easy. Barbecue grill was great, back deck is wonderful first thing in the morning. You can see the sunrise come up and it was a lovely way to drink your coffee.

Canyon Lake Getaway
The location of this home is great and it has a fabulous patio. It’s conveniently located near the horseshoe and a straight shot to Gruene. These are definitely pros. As for the cons, they are dog-friendly but don’t have a fenced yard. I did not have a good experience with the management company who texted to inform me that I owed an additional $200 to have our two yorkies stay with us (I was then billed $220). On top of this, they have a serious ant problem. Within an hour of unpacking, they were all over the kitchen and in our food. They were also in the bedrooms and I woke several times to find one crawling on me in bed. We stayed in the same house last year and it was very clean. This time, it was lacking. Wet linens were left in the washer and our sheets were not clean. The kitchen is not fully stocked and many of the dishes were dirty. For as much as we paid to stay there, I expected much more. We will look elsewhere next year.

College Graduation and Birthday Celebrations
The perfect place to stay that is close to San Marcos and Gruene where there is lots see and do. This home is very nice and clean. We really liked the back patio deck for outdoor seating. We even brought our furr babies with us to join in on the family fun.

Perfect stay
My family and I loved our stay for the 4th of July. The home is equipped with everythung needed for a large family. It is also a short drive to the lake. Communication was prompt and i loved the accomadtions for our fur babies. I would stay here again with my family.

Beautiful home exactly as advertised!
This house was absolutely perfect for us! Beautiful home, great deck and views, very comfy beds, and just had everything we needed for a perfect stay in Canyon Lake to be near my daughter and Son-in-law. I was there with my fiancé, sister and my 15 year old son, so the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. My sister brought her dog, so we loved how dog friendly they are. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back again! Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a nice stay. The place was cute. Lacked in some areas of dishes and utensils. And the kitchen supplies were pretty old (a lot of rusty stuff). My biggest issue was the cleasiness, not very clean.

Chateau Not So Relaxo
Unfortunately this was not the relaxing break that me and my family were expecting. We had a 5 night stay, and some of the issues that we experienced were as follows: - The septic tank alarm went off at approximately 3am on the first night and disturbed my whole family for several hours. - When we arrived, we noticed some issues including, the outdoor seats were dirty, the kitchen was poorly stocked with low quality items, the dog bowl was dirty with food remnants left on it, the AC system was not working. - The AC system was eventually fixed on Day 4. - I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect a refund given these issues but none was forthcoming from the management company. - The location of the external security cameras were unnecessarily intrusive. The property itself is new and in good condition as shown in the listing photos. However, the management company, Hill Country Premier Lodging, refused to acknowledge that the level of service provided was sub par during our stay and I was disappointed with their lack of proactiveness. I would not recommend staying here.

We arrived late and appreciated the easy check in with keyless entry. House in great shape; loved the porches and space! Family stay with my twins - one at UT and one at TXST. Plenty of space for all of us, and they loved making s’mores in the fire pit. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Lovely Stay
My sisters-in-law and I stayed at Chateau Relaxo 2/16/24 - 2/18/24. The house was exactly as pictured. It was lovely. We had everything we needed while there and had a great stay!!! FYI, if it's windy, the canopy outside the master bedroom will make noise. And if the fridge is making noise, try dumping the ice so the ice maker can work properly or move it from the wall a tiny bit. The house was beautiful and just what we wanted. We were impressed and had a great time! We would absolutely rent again while visiting.
