“The view from this property outweighs any minor inconveniences. It is the most spectacular vista right outside your doorstep. The kitchen worked well, but I do suggest bringing some salt despite a full array of other spices and seasonings. The outdoor shower looked fun and adventurous; however, it did not work. So, the large bathtub had to do! Overall, this was an amazing stay. Highly recommend if you want to connect with nature and be in absolute solitude.”

“Overall, probably one of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed in. From the private deck to the amazingly well stocked kitchen to the beautiful walks around the property and the yoga decks. It is a bit off of the beaten track, but that is something we really like. Just make sure you have the supplies you need on arrival. Very friendly hosts. We’ll be back.”

The location is quite remote so you need to cook all your meals, but the kitchen is really well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. “The scenery was beautiful. The wifi didn't work and we had no service but we didn't mind cause we enjoyed getting away not having to worry about anything. The beds were not the best hard to sleep on. The kitchen was perfect for being able to cook. The bathrooms were also nice Overall we enjoyed our stay; the owners were super friendly and welcoming. The artistic intent is evident in the charming adobe, from the hewn wood beams and trim, rock walls and walkway, stone shower, and SW decor. I was looking for solitude and found it here. Very close to O’Keefe museum, Plaza Blanca and Ghost Ranch. On clear nights, the constellations were too many to count as the Milky Way arched over the casita. Perfect for a getaway for 1-2 people. The host was very responsive to questions.”
