“Beautiful rustic property on the edge of the canyon. The views are unbelievable, the condors are amazing, we saw some each of the 3 days we were there. Edgar and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. Comments regarding no heat and the rooms be cold at night are quite accurate. We stayed Sept 18-20 and it was cold at night. “Excelente el hotel y el servicio, incluso despues de mi estadia cuando me di cuenta que había dejado algo en la habitación y el personal del hotel tomó la molestia de mandarmelo por encargado. Mil gracias! Excellent hotel and service. I was especially grateful afterwards when I realized I'd left something in the room. Upon contacting them, the staff coordinated to send the bag via bus to a point where I could pick it up. Thank you!!”
