Great stay in Canmore. The place came as advertised, very spacious, comfortable for two families. Easy to find with close proximity to downtown and easy to access the highway. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location ! Comfortable beds. Soaking bath tubs and heated floors were a nice plus. Host easy to get in contact with . Would recommend others to stay at this property Only caution for those staying with young child is lots of stairs

Overall Big Space and Lot of room
Overall the location was nice and the place was modern and clean. Added bonus was heated floors in the bathroom. I wish the towels were a little nicer. The kitchen was nice and spacious and perfect for our group.

Best VRBO rental ever!
We had two of the 4 bedroom 4 bath units with views of the mountains. We had a group of 12 family members, ages 9-77 and everyone agreed it was perfect! It did get hot during the day and having air conditioning saved the day. Canmore is quite lovely and not as touristy as Banff, more like a small town feel. We agreed that we would all return next summer and would stay in exactly the same place. Hostess was great before the trip and never needed to call her for anything!

Great location!
Location was amazing, short walk to almost everything. Checkin and out was fast and easy. Well stocked with what you need and layout is good for large groups. My only complaint was the cleanliness and some minor things that needed maintenance. 3/5 for cleanliness. We had to do some cleaning of our own when we got there and had to use some of our own tools we had to fix the patio sliding door and fridge handles that were about to fall off. Overall very minor things. I would go back to this unit again!

Once in a Lifetime; 50th Wedding Anniversary Weekend Celebration, Big Hit!
This home was perfect for our large family. Celebrating our 50th Anniversary weekend as a family under one roof was very special. This spacious townhouse gave us plenty of room to enjoy our time together. The location was ideal for leaving our vehicles parked for the weekend and walking to all the great sites Canmore offers. Great place
We had a great time staying at this property. There were a few minor issues, however, with a broken couch back, broken shower knob, and the garage keypad didn’t work so we had to go into the main entrance, take off our shoes, then go down to the garage to open it from the inside to unload our ski gear. All minor inconveniences that the owner will hopefully resolve for the next renter.

loved absolutely everything about this place other than the lack of water pressure in the showers. I would recommend having owner address before renting. that's it.. great place with lots of space. awesome location in Canmore too.

Great family accommodations
The condo is huge and for our family of 6 adults and 3 children it worked very well. Having bathrooms attached to each bedroom was great Lots of room in the kitchen area for cooking and visiting The only thing I would recommend would be to fix the sectional. It was hard for us to sit I. The family room as the sectional seemed to be broken The condo could use a good dusting g and maybe a couple of more tea towels and dishcloths But over all I would recommend this space for a group Host was very accommodating when we added a day thank you

Love the place . Lots of space and each bedroom has a bathroom. The pic shows a hot tub but that’s not the case . It’s in a public place that’s about 800 meters and you have to pay. All in all we would stay there again.

Beautiful Property
The host was very responsive when I had questions leading up to the booking. Great communication for check in and important information for during our stay. The Mercer condos are a beautiful development. Lots of windows with 360 degree views. This unit was spacious and tastefully decorated. It has all the things needed for a comfortable stay and more. We were a big group so the multiple bathrooms and spacious floor plan was very enjoyable. I would suggest additional kitchen towels to be available. Cleanliness was 3/5. Where it mattered most it was excellent (bathrooms,bedding etc) however there were areas that were neglected (dust, baseboards, inside kitchen drawers, floors). The back of the couch was broken as well which was a space we spent a lot of time in. Still useable, but just awkward to sit at. All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and I would recommend it to others.

Lovely place, could use better cleaning
Pros: We had a great time here. We have stayed in these townhouses for many years and always enjoy them. Nice and spacious with lots of dishes and towels. The owner left some goodies for us for Christmas which was very nice, and it was cozy and comfy in general. Great location, great parking. Cons: no cheese grater so bring your own, and the main floor couch is broken - it’s usable but anyone sitting in the broken area won’t be comfortable. We stayed here over Christmas so we didn’t want to call the property manager to have cleaners come back on Christmas Eve so we dealt with the uncleanliness - clearly floors haven’t been vacuumed or washed in a longtime, the was quite a bit of hair around the bathroom, and lots of personal items and empty drink bottles left under beds and in the corner of rooms. When we pay top dollar for a townhouse and a cleaning fee, we expect it to be reasonably clean. Counters, sinks and toilets were clean but no floors at all. The mop provided was broken. Vacuum worked ok but not great at all. We ended up bringing our own for our own basic cleaning. Otherwise not a bad place to stay!

Property is really nice, great location with nice views, and a well thought out floorplan. Tiny Suggestion to owner - fix the broken living room couch or get a new one, not the most comfortable. Had an amazing time with our friends and family. Would stay here again :)
