“The place was comfortable, clean, and I had a good time . I traveled two hours and 30 minutes to the Ark encounter. The next day I traveled 35 minutes to Mammoth Cave and did a two hour tour and on my way back to Georgia. I stopped and Christmas shopped in Nashville. Thank you for my stay.”

“We loved our little but spacious cabin! The location was great for what we were looking for which was to be close to the caves. Unfortunately the weather had turned very cold during our trip and we didn't get to enjoying the disc golf or trails there at the cabin but plan on staying here again this coming summer.”

“we enjoyed the location for its quiet country setting. all amenities were just as listed. only down side for my group was the age of our group. stairs were not our friend. However that being said we loved the porch and the quiet location. the ability to gather around the large kitchen table and dine was awesome. I would reccommend this and i think we would book again knowing what we need to expect with the stairs”

“ The proximity to the things we wanted to do made this a good choice. We enjoyed the layout of the place, esp. the porches to enjoy coffee and watch wildlife. Our bed was was comfortable as well, very important to us. Appreciated the washer/dryer! A note to navigation: Having read another of the reviews that expressed concern about Hilltop Road, we found Jaggers Rd to be a great option as it is paved. ”

“We had a lovely, peaceful stay at this house. The deck was amazing, the views were spectacular. We enjoyed waking up to see deer, squirrels, chipmunks, birds and more. The fall color and fog rising off the water just added to the beauty. It was close enough to Mammoth Cave that we made trips on two separate days quite easily. The kitchen enabled us to make several meals. I will say one of the showers was a little on the tight side for my husband, who is over six feet, but it was manageable....

“Great location. Adorable house. Beautiful view! We saw deer every day, caught some fish, and saw a bald eagle fly over. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 pre teens. The house was the perfect size. Only negatives were that there was no table to eat at other than outside which would have been fine if it hadn’t been 90 and super humid :). Also, showered are small. A bigger framed person may have trouble maneuvering. Other than. That it was absolutely wonderful!”
