“I had no communication from the owner and no key, code, no nothing. The day we were supposed to arrive i had to call VRBO and they got the owner on 4th try. It was overbooked. My reservation was cancelled and we had no place to stay. VRBO found us a hotel and paid for 2 nights. I was grateful but i dont like hotels. The owner failed to communicate at all till after the fact. I would not recommend at all.”
