“Close to cbd, helpful staff. Parking is seperate to the building so unpacking and packing car you had to bring car to the hotel front which wasn’t far. Hotel room - TV was not programmed in and couldn’t use it; mini fridge in room, the door had been left ajar freezer was frozen over and fridge door was unable to be closed so could not use mini fridge to keep anything cool. ”

“Apartments looking tired with dated shower in need of revamp especially. Yes currently surrounded by construction but didn’t bother us. Still a great location for quick travels around city sights. Staff average along with rooms. Convenient parking onsite. ”

“Being an idiot, I booked Sunday night instead of Saturday night and were an hour away from the property when I discovered this. When I rang them, they only had 1 much larger apartment available. However, the person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and arranged to change the Expedia booking and also gave us the upgraded room for the same as price as booked. Such excellent (and appreciated) service. Plus, the apartment was clean and outstanding.”

“Great walk to the Westfield in Belconnen and otherwise an easy access to scooters to get where you want to go, good ol' uni students in a share dorm so if you're an old codger that likes quiet then you won't want to be here, because uni students lol Was a bit annoyed with the boom gates to get in/out of the parking lot as it never worked and needed to ring the office to be let in/out, but otherwise not shabby, Hella comfy bed ”
