“I honestly was looking so forward to getting away. She makes it sound so amazing in the overview. While the cabin is pretty much as pictured, the pond and property are not. There is goose poop everywhere the grass is overgrown. I should have known when i got an email the day of telling me now i have to bring my own propane tank.i asked her if it was completely secluded quickly after booking. “We came to the area for a window restoration class at nearby Silver Lake Institute and we would definitely consider coming to visit again. This is a perfect little rental, and great value, exactly as described in an adorable town. Letchworth was beautiful. We loved the Charcoal Corral. “The property had everything we needed and was close to Geneseo where friends of ours live. Especially grateful that we could bring our senior dog. We highly recommend the Ring of Fire on Conesus Lake. We also enjoyed hiking at Stony Brook State Park, kayaking on Hemlock Lake, and breakfast at The Barn. It was a great place to celebrate the 4th. Hope to return and spend more time.”
