“Our first time to stay in this hotel and our expectations were not met. Hotel was quiet despite the season, safe and tranquil. Customer service was average. Checking in was slow but efficient, checking out was a hassle (took 30 minutes to do so at 5:30am). Imagine entering your hotel room with a random person’s phone charging by the bathroom (finding out later that it’s the room cleaner’s, no apologies given). They even forgot to provide us free drinking water which they tried to charge us upon...

“This is a hidden gem close to the two big hotels - I only comment I have is that there’s no name in front of the property- being in an unfamiliar place @night, GPS cell too slow or non existent- we passed the property twice - small sign might have helped ”

“Staff were very cordial and hospitable. Breakfast was good. Dining area is ok. Room carpet is due for shampooing or maybe I s time to update the carpet. ”
