“This guest farm is absolutely amazing! I love that it has private outdoor space. Everything is top of the line and so incredibly clean. It is quiet and the perfect location. The town of Cornville is quaint and has plenty of options for food. The guest house is very close to Sedona. I was considering staying in Sedona but am so glad I opted for the guest farm instead. This place is so peaceful and has such a calm energy. The hosts are top-notch. I loved the ability to walk through the vast trails...

“Check in was simple and fast, the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.”

“While the place is comfortable, quiet and cute-the management company is absymal. Failed to send entry codes-didn’t tell cleaning staff we were arriving so they had to clean the whole Casita while we waited. Company said they would work out compensation for the delay in check in availability but never got back to us. Not sure it is worth it.”

“Super spacious room in a beautiful property. You have all tge amenities you may need for your stay. Direct access to a small grass area in front of the room (perfect for our dog). Views of a golf course and the red rocks in the background. ”

“I felt the marketing was misleading. It was unclear that there were shared areas. You are only paying for a bedroom with barroom. Some of the rooms don’t have a patio. The kitchen and dining are shared. The bed was too hard for us and the pillows were uncomfortable. That being said the room was lovely, bathroom was gorgeous and the location is great. It was peaceful and quiet. Shower was super hot which was nice. You need to replace the hairdryer.. it didn’t get hot and it took so long to dry...

“We thoroughly enjoyed this huge house in VOC. Great location which was convenient to a lot of stores, grocery and only 15 mins to Sedona. Beds were comfortable; Netflix was appreciated and if we beeded anything, Yvette was quick to respond. Many thanks 😊 ”
